Large, sunny and quiet apartment.

The apartment comprises the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There's no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and the southwest bedroom, which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I live on the ground floor myself, there are no other residents.

Suite Tournesol is ideal for one couple; 40 m2 including kitchen, bedroom /living room and hall with cupboard, bathroom with shower, separate WC, radio and TV. Spacious 30 m2 terrace with panoramic view towards the Luberon mountains. The suite is fully equipped with all you need including coffe/tea, bathrobes and wonderful thick towels. An efficient electric fan has been installed in the ceiling. You will find extra chairs in the hall if you want to sit by the fountain!

Quiet outbuilding with pool

Away from the owners' house on a flat plot of more than 2200 m2 on the heights of the Provençal village of Valensole, come and enjoy the tranquility of this small outbuilding by the pool with its large terrace, a bedroom equipped with a large bed, a kitchenette where you can have your breakfasts. 55 m2 cottage in a large 17th century stone building, on 3 ha planted with century-old oaks... Ideally located between Forcalquier and Banon, with views of Lure Mountain, in a quiet environment and peaceful nature. Newly restored, it has a kitchen open to the living room (2-seater sofa bed), dining room and an upper floor with shower room/toilet and bedroom (160 cm 2-seater bed +1 cot). We live on site in another wing of the farm. No TV or wifi.
