Outside, "Villa Greta" is an additional space for a rainy summer day. It is good to note that there is a distance to the grocery store, but the kitchen is functional. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.
