This apartment with a large garden and a fantastic view is located directly on the Harder lake shore and is available again for our guests after our own use. It offers relaxed days for those seeking peace and quiet as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the beach (newly built in 2024), the mini golf course, a boat rental, a skating rink and the possibility of SUP. Due to the location in the "Dreiländereck" [tri-border area], this is the perfect starting point for cycling tours and hikes.

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

Our 2 bedroom apartment is located in the centre of a village with a supermarket & restaurants walking distance. A 10 min drive to Appenzeller mountains in Switzerland, a 3 min drive to Lake Constance (or 30 min walk through a nature reserve), or a 30 min drive into the Austrian Alps. Best of all, you can add the use of our amazing Esotonian Iglu-Sauna to your stay, for just €25/guest/day.

Our house is located on a quiet street within walking distance of the lake and the city center. You can also take hikes to the Pfänder directly from our house. The apartment is lovingly renovated, has 50 square meters and a balcony with lake view. In the spacious living room you can also see the lake from the sofa. The beautiful sunsets are particularly popular. Bregenz is perfect as a starting point for trips, for example, to the Bregenz Forest or around Lake Constance.

Newly renovated, fully equipped and quite stylish apartment is located in the picturesque village center of Hard, just a few steps from the lake promenade and has his own parking space. The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. At the lake promenade you will find boat rentals, cafes, mini golf courses as well as several nice spots for swimming. If you prefer more quiet and secluded walks by the lake, just head over to Grüner Damm.

You can feel Lake Constance and reach it on foot in 5 minutes at a well-kept, public, free bathing beach,⛱🏊🐟☀️or you can opt for a shore bike path tour, 🚲which also starts in front of the house. Leave your car in your parking space (no small trucks) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, relaxing. The house is directly on the Weiß campsite and Natura 2000 area.
