Although you can feel pleasantly secluded here, there is also a lot to discover nearby: Pangodi Lake and hiking trail – 2.5 km, Elva hiking trails – 9 km, Otepää and hiking trails – 18 km, Tartu – 28 km

The house has an open space solution, two bedrooms and five sleeping places. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. After a long day, you can relax in a cozy wood-fired sauna, cool off outdoors with cool water and enjoy the forest view from the terrace. A hot tub can be used for an additional fee and with advance notice.

In a small country house located 2 km from Pangodi Lake in a very private and picturesque location, it is possible to relax for families with children as well as for a smaller group of friends. On a winter evening, it's nice to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the sauna.

The charming one-bedroom apartment is a great choice for guests who are looking for peace and quiet, but at the same time prefer to be close to the center of Viljandi. The apartment is fully renovated and furnished in 2022. Everything you need to feel at home is available.

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
