Suitable for 2 people who enjoy being in nature and having a private 30 m2 terrace under a pine tree. The courtyard area is nearly 10,000m2. Extra people for an extra fee. Accommodation is 100% self catering and a self-check-in. It takes about 1.5h to heat the sauna. The sauna and the fireplace must not be lit at the same time, as there is a risk of the chimney overheating. It's a good idea to bring drinking water. Aside from the sauna, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pond.

Luha farm barn is located in the pristine and clean Setomaa nature. The cozy and stylish cottage is suitable for a holiday or focused work away from everyday life. In the house there is electricity, a wide double bed, one single bed and a large sofa bed suitable for sleeping, chairs, a table, a mirror and a radiator for cooler weather. You can now wash in the sauna and swim in the pond. The ventilated dry toilet is located right next to the barn. It is a good place to stay for a visitor to Setomaa or Võrumaa or a hiker in the area. Uncle Tom's hut is a nice log house in the middle of the greenery of Karula National Park. (Part of the farm complex.) The house has two wide floor beds on the 2nd floor and a bed for one on the 1st floor. In addition to the kitchenette in the house, it is possible to use a large outdoor kitchen in the courtyard of the farm, an outdoor shower, a fireplace and a grill.
