Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Votsi

The studio apartment is located in a secluded and quiet spot among the trees. It's in a beautiful building and it's a 7 minute drive to the centre of Skopelos. It has an amazing beach only a 5 minute drive from there. Everything was clean and tidy and the host was super responsive. Only a couple of things were odd but they didn't lessen our experience. Even though there's a box for the key, we met with Rania's sister to guide us to the place which was a sweet, but unnecessary touch. During the check out instructions they asked us to remove all the rubbish ourselves, and then to also place all our towels in a box. I found it weird that there's a cleaning fee but we still had to remove the trash ourselves.

Tony and Jill responded almost immediately to any questions. Demetri was very welcoming and helped us whenever we needed. We got new towels and a clean around the villa mid week, which was very thoughtful. highly recommend.

10/10 great place to stay is near the pier everything is in walking distance

We had a lovely stay at Katarzyna's. The apartment is very functional and modern. Each room is independent (toilet, bathroom and clean air conditioner). It is very well equipped (washing machine, dishes in large quantities, toaster, microwave and beach towels). The service is worthy of a high-quality hotel. Katarzyna is very available to give advice. Drinks (beer juice, coffee, tea) and cakes were available on arrival. The apartment is very central. (2 min from the pier and supermarkets / bakery but it is very quiet. The large terrace is lovely for eating meals. In short, a great stay, the best in Greece for us!

Completely renovated apartments, high quality bed sheets and towels, well equipes. Photos cannot transmit the familiar atmosphere. Close to one of the best beaches in the insel, where we país 15 Euros for 2 beds all day long (first row as well). Good greek "fast food" (atualmente, normal greek Ford like Gyros, Pommes Frites, pork steaks. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will come back soon for sure!

We really enjoyed the stay. The property is perfectly located to explore the whole island. Rania is an incredibly likeable hostess, you immediately feel welcome. The travel tips for the island that she gave us were also extremely helpful. We would definitely come back to Rania on our next visit to Skopelos:).

Giannis’ apartment is just great!! Super Clean, beautiful and spacious only a 5 min walk from the port and the main town. To our surprise, the pictures are not as good as the apartment itself. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with spacious Kichen and living room. The kitchen had everything we needed including juicer, coffee machine and microwave. They also offered cleaning service daily without extra charge that was very helpful. I would wrongly recommend to everyone.

A quiet and peaceful place for privacy and relaxation.

Beautiful home, wonderful host, PERFECT neighborhood, this is the perfect place if you’re looking to feel tucked away while in the heart of the town. Highly recommend! The home has a well-stocked kitchen, good lighting, comfortable furniture, and pretty village views from each window. It’s within easy walking distance of the sea, many restaurants, and a large supermarket. We stayed for 3 months during the winter and everything was perfect. Our visit was quiet, we had beaches all to ourselves, and we got to know so many wonderful locals. Also the cats in this part of the neighborhood are particularly sweet! Christmas time in Skiathos is truly magical. Oliver was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful, and kind. We would book with him again in a heartbeat! It was a privilege to stay in this home and I’d recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Skiathos ☺️

Nice stays and perfect house in a quiet place!

Beautiful house in a great location!

The long sand-pebble beach of Agia Anna is almost right outside the front door, you can hear the sound of the sea when you are in bed. The apartment is superbly equipped. In particular, the baby equipment was exceptional: The stairs and the outlets were secured for our 10-month-old baby. There was a good high chair, a baby crib, all baby dishes, a changing mat, beach toys and many other useful things. At the end of October, the place was quiet, but there were still a few supermarkets, cafes and restaurants that were open. In half an hour by car you are in Limni, where there is still a lot going on at the end of the season and the sea is calmer in wind.

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

A beautiful new apartment with a big comfortable balcony, spacious, felt like home. A very good location, supermarket, bakery around the corner, restaurant and next beach in 5-10min on foot. Very helpful and friendly host who helped with everything we needed. We‘d definitely stay there again!

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!
