Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, etc. Private parking, courtyard and garden. Breakfast, pastries, wines and local beers (extra charge). Families welcome.

The house is ideally located in Vougeot on the route des grands crus between Dijon and Beaune, this will allow you to discover all the treasures of Burgundy such as these cellars and historical sites.

Charming cottage located in the heart of the vineyard overlooking the Château du Clos de Vougeot. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay surrounded by vineyards. Local shops are within a 10-min drive. Train station is a 10-min walk away. Between Dijon and Beaune, you can admire the landscapes along the Wine Route. This accommodation is fully equipped, it is composed of a bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed. Linens are provided.

Here, we take the time to live simply: a barbecue with friends, a glass of wine after a walk in the vineyards, a moment of relaxation in the jacuzzi. The house is in our image: welcoming, friendly and no frills. Just the pleasure of enjoying. I had to recreate my listing, but I've been hosting for a year and have always received great reviews on my previous rentals.

It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
