perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

The villa was really wonderful for our holiday, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. It was spotless all rooms, convenient location with easy parking in a quiet area. The pool and outdoor space delighted the whole group!! The host helped us instantly with any questions we had!!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — She even came out to greet us personally and gave us a detailed explanation of everything we needed to know about the house. Every request we made in advance was perfectly prepared, which made us feel truly cared for. The view from the house is absolutely stunning. It was such a joy to relax and enjoy the scenery right from the comfort of the living room. The house was also fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchenware to everyday essentials. Overall, it was a perfect experience. We felt right at home and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We are a three-generations family, with 2- and 4-year old kids, rented the villa for six nights and enjoyed it very much. Everything went just perfect: from the check-in that happened to be in very late hours until the late check-out in convenient afternoon. The villa was spotless clean, very convenient, every small detail is taken into account: great swimming pool, nets on the windows, BBQ ready for usage, and many other small touches that make a vacation unforgettable. Five bedrooms on different floors (we used four) with comfortable beds and independent A/C, several bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi). The area is very peaceful, a few minutes of drive to supermarkets, beach, restaurants. Many special thanks to Oleg, who is a very kind, caring, and helpful host! The communication was very quick and easy. Highly recommended, great value for the money. It was really a fantastic pick.

The House was Perfect for a group of 9 Girls and Krassy was a Great Host. Commuting to the City (with Traffic which occurs mostly) via Taxi (which is very cheap) takes up to 40 Minutes but Beach area and Beach Clubs are super close to the House, which is why the Location is the Perfect Spot to have it Both: sightseeing in the City and Beaching! Thanks, we can fully recommend and would be happy to be back soon!

Recently stayed for 6 nights and the The Villa was perfect.Our host Alexandra was present on our arrival and was friendly and welcoming. Gave us a tour of the Villa and was available for any questions on Text. The Villa itself was lovely great space over 3 floors and had separate kitchen in basement. 5 spacious bedrooms and even a lift which was ideal for the less mobile of our group. The outside space is fantastic everything you need. Pool and sun lounges fantastic and used everyday . You have a nice sea view from the villa and even though there is a main road nearby it was never an issue for us. Great location for getting into Vari centre which is about a 1km drive to the shops if you don’t want to walk. The Villa was a great find and well maintained but the local area and roads are quite run down. But this did not cause any issues to us and our visit and stay and would totally recommend this villa. Ada's villa is just amazing! We spent almost a week, and we loved it. Walking distance to a private and beautiful beach, great pool, balconies with ocean view, comfortable kitchen and much more. Ada was super responsive, assisted us with everything we needed. The place is close to many beaches, restaurants and activities and this was for sure one of the best listing's we've been at. I would recommend this place for everyone that seeks a peaceful gateway and a great vacation

Ioannis's place is fabulous. It was the ideal place for our group of 7 adults to enjoy sunning by the pool or to wander down to the beach, with plenty of nearby beach bars and restaurants to explore. The cheese platter and a few beers in the fridge as a lovely surprise. Thanks Ioannis. We thoroughly enjoyed your place.

Our 11-person group had a fantastic stay! A short drive from the airport revealed a breathtaking view that set the tone for our trip. The amenities were top-notch, exceeding all expectations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The house was more than just a place to sleep, it was a wonderful space where we often chose to relax instead of touring the countryside. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

The house is beautiful with a relaxing outdoor area and pool. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were fully stocked with anything you might need. Chara was a very welcoming host and made us feel right at home.

It was an amazing stay!! Kostas replied back to me within minutes any time I had a question, even came back for more towels and ice. Check in was very smooth and everything was amazing, everyone felt very comfortable with everything. It is a wonderful house for big groups.

We were visiting for my son’s wedding at a nearby venue so lots of coming and goings. It was always nice to arrive back at the villa for some peaceful relaxation. The infinity pool and sea view were stunning. The villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated with well stocked kitchens (basics). The 10-minute walk down to the beach was completely doable and we loved our quiet little beach. Highly recommend for an extended family rental as it has tons of spaces for spreading out and quality amenities throughout.

it was great! the villa was beautiful and the location was amazing. However getting to the airbnb was a little difficult unless you have a driver or a rental car. If you are relying on taxis or Uber then transportation was difficult
