Место и дом оправдали все наши ожидания. Отличное расположение, как в сказке: на право пойдешь (10 мин) супермаркеты и кафе найдёшь, на лево пойдешь (10 мин) дикий и чистейший пляж найдёшь, с минимальным количеством людей, а если пройти чуть дальше, то и вообще их отсутствие. Сам дом очень чистый и обустроен всем необходимым, все соответствует фотографиям, нам даже предоставили пляжные зонты и кресла. Спасибо хозяину за прием, нам помогли организовать трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, по приезду любезно предоставили питьевую воду, печенье для ребёнка и даже пиво для взрослых, и еще много всего) Семья в восторге от отдыха! Безусловно будем рекомендовать своим друзьям и знакомым!

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, τακτοποιημένο και είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν στην διαμονή μας.

Na Saní sme boli 12 noci . Bola to jedna z našich najlepších pobytov .Dom bol síce ďalej od pláže , ale autom za pár minút sme boli pri mori . To ticho a pokoj čo tam bol sa nedá opísať . Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový , poskytol nám potrebné informácie ohľadom pobytu , zabezpečil nám vstup autom na parkovisko Saní rezortu . Dom bol čistý , vybavený všetkým čo ku svojmu pobytu potrebujete . Akurát druhá kúpeľňa bola na poschodí a dosť maličká . Okolie je nádherné, neskutočne krásne pláže , čistá priezračná voda . Za mňa vrelo odporúčam .

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Der Strand ist in 5-10 min zu erreichen, die Geschäfte auch. Die Eltern von Pavlos haben schnell bei Fragen geholfen und waren sehr lieb. Die Reisenden in den anderen beiden unterkünften waren nicht zu hören und wir hatten bei einem Kaffee nette Gespräche. Die Straße an der Unterkunft ist nicht stark befahren und stellte für uns kein Problem dar. Dankschön für die schöne Unterkunft, wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

Домакинката Ioanna беше много отзивчива. Съдейства веднага при всяка непредвидена ситоация. Къщата е уютна. Чувстваш се като у дома. Има всичко необходимо. Сутрините с кафе на верандата и вечерите до тъмно бяха изключително приятни. Плажът е на 20 м, чист с малко посетители. Идеално място за почивка на семейство с малки деца

Προσωπικά θα ξαναπηγαίναμε στο συγκεκριμένο AIRBNB, ήταν πεντακάθαρο σε καλή τοποθεσία και είχε πολύ ησυχία!!!

One of our favourite rentals ever. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - the garden and balcony are both wonderful places to sit. Very comfortable bed. The walk down into town is easy and the house is only a couple of minutes from a village square with a restaurant and bar. Evangelos and Katrina left us honey that they they had made themselves and it was the best we had ever tasted! We went in early April so things were just starting to open up - great weather and plenty of empty beaches with swimmable sea.

Wir wurden ausgesprochen herzlich empfangen und haben uns auf anhieb zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch noch an Mama Elena für den leckeren Kuchen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Hit ist aber der Ausblick vom Balkon/Terrasse. Wir haben den Fernseher nie benutzt, da uns der Ausblick so fasziniert hat. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, man kann innerhalb kurzer Zeit den Bäcker, den Dorfplatz und die lokalen Supermärkte erreichen. Es gab mal einen Werbespruch der besagte: "Mitten drin statt nur dabei." Das trifft es ziemlich gut. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell in Nikiti, die Lage des Ortes Agios Nikolaos ist günstig als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf die Ost- und Westseite von Sithonia, Kassandra, Athos und natürlich auch ins Hinterland von Chalkidikki. Es gab eine gute Parkmöglichkeit nahe der Wohnung. Es war rundum ein toller erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft.

Die kompakte Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Lage und Ausblick sind wunderschön. Die Gastgeber*innen sind total angenehm und entgegenkommend. Das Gebäude mit den Wohneinheiten ist architektonisch sehr gelungen und fügt sich harmonisch in den Felsen ein. Die Terrasse ist durch Sichtschutz von den benachbarten Ferienwohnungen getrennt – was die Geräuschkulisse angeht, kann es unter Umständen etwas weniger privat wirken. Bei uns war’s aber angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - danke dafür!

We had an amazing stay at Konstantinos' place! From the moment we arrived, Konstantinos greeted us warmly, showing us around and offering great recommendations for the area. His hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning—brand new, with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect: close to beaches, restaurants, and all the must-visit spots, yet tucked away in a peaceful area where you can relax and enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. We loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to stay at Konstantinos’ place again!

As close to perfect as I’ve experienced. The location is out of this world. Beautiful beach just a stroll away, the most amazing free performance twice daily of birds, I’ve not heard better in Europe. The apartment is beautiful and the hosts so welcoming it is quite incredible. There was even food bought for me when I arrived. Easy to communicate with, kind, fun and generous. This is exactly what Airbnb should be. Community, sharing and exploring. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

The location is perfect, and the house was designed by Fanni's and Agapi's mother who is an architect. The house blends perfectly in the forest environment and has a lot of small artistic details. It is surrounded with a spacious yard in the middle of the woods. Near Fava and Karidi beaches, with Fava beach assessable on foot. Agapi was there, staying at the first floor, to make our stay even more comfortable. Agapi gave us very good tips on the beaches and restaurants to visit in the area, and Sithonía in general. There are 2 apartments at the ground floor, where we were staying. That is very convenient in case 2 families are coming together, as we were. Vourvourou is 2.5km from the house, where you can find a supermarket, and also some good restaurants that Agapi will tell you more about. The apartments are equipped with all the amenities for cooking, but you can also eat outside for a decant amount of money. Agapi will share all these tips with you for an unforgettable stay!

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

This place was everything we hoped for and more. The house was spotless, cozy, and had every little thing we needed. За трета година сме гости на Мариа. Всичко много ни харесва, затова и се връщаме отново. Тишина, спокойствие, заведение, магазин и плаж на 4 минути от къщата. Този път хладилникът се развали и не охлаждаше. Писахме на Мария и за буквално 2 ч организира доставката на чисто нов хладилник!!! Благодарим за бързата реакция.
