Holiday rentals with a patio in Vračar

Top-notch flat with everything up to a high standard! The host is excellent with communication and always quick to respond. The kitchen is fully equipped — cooking was easy and enjoyable. The space is marvelous, with a large hall and a beautiful balcony to relax on. Location is superb — tram and bus stops are just a short walk away. Belgrade downtown is only 10–15 minutes by public transport. A must-visit stay, highly recommended!

Jovana is a wonderful host! She met us, helped us and prompted us on all questions. The place is amazing, there is everything for the comfort of guests. You can't get a better location for car owners. There is a huge problem with parking in Belgrade.... 15-20 minutes and you are in the very center We had a great time and relaxed. Thank you!

Wolf is a very good host. He was very interested from the first day to the last day. He answered my questions quickly. The house is very useful. You can reach the center in 10-15 minutes by walking comfortably. There are very good quality restaurants in the area. The site and location of the house are very peaceful. I definitely recommend it to those who will go to Belgrade.

Zeljko is very kind and responsive. He gives me recommendations about shops and other stuff. The only problem was there was a little bit dirty washing machine when I arrived but it wasn't hard to solve

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

We liked everything about this place, starting from friendly host who responded quickly, to easy check-in, on-site parking, great location, extremely clean, and with everything you need (well stocked kitchen).

Miloje's place was wonderful! I stayed three weeks and the place was perfect. It is conveniently connected to the rest of the city while remaining very private and spacious. Very close to bakeries, markets, and grocery stores. Would not hesitate to stay again!

The cottage is very cozy, small but with its own patio and wicket. The apartment is close to the city center in a pleasant area with a tram (very convenient to get to the central part of the city). Zorica is a wonderful hostess who helped with all questions and did the registration for us without any problems. Thanks a lot!

Very nice apartment, beautiful environment, suitable for living

This is probably the nicest apartment I've stayed at in Belgrade. The location was amazing -- walking distance from many restaurants and cafes, and generally close to city centre. The hosts were incredibly kind and always responded quickly. We felt right at home in this apartment. The style, cleanliness, and the view exceeded our expectations!! We will definitely be recommending this place to all our friends!

The condo is nicely decorated and clean. Co-host Li was very friendly. Would recommend to others.

We had the most amazing stay at this apartment in Belgrade! Everything was spotless, easily one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but what truly made the stay exceptional was the host, Milos. He was helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Out of all the accommodations we’ve stayed in over the past few months, this one is definitely in our top two. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade. You won’t be disappointed! We’ll be back without any doubt

Ognjen and Tijana are the perfect hosts. They are truly the best hosts I've ever had on airbnb. They communicate well and provide the guest with whatever they need. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is extremely convenient and in a beautiful neighborhood in Belgrade with lots to do and see. We had a lovely time in Belgrade because of this nice place. It’s such a convenient location and the apartment is huge, clean and in a quiet place:) airco was much appreciated during the hot days so that was a big plus as well! Would stay again!
