Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

Gaios Harbor Overview

Gaios harbour overview is a private house on the hill above gaios and it’s very close to the center. Within less than 10 min walking to the square, using a path and minutes by car. Private parking, outdoor jacuzzi (2,50 x 1,50 x 0,80), garden, wonderful view terrace and a small cottage with bbq,w.c. and a shower. It is a comfortable cottage, just 20 meters from the sea, located on the provincial, coastal road between Lygia and Vrachos. It stands out for its endless view of the Ionian Sea. On the left you can see Lefkada, while directly opposite Paxoi-Antipaxos. Absolute calm prevails, which is only shaken by the splashes of the waves. At 100 meters there is access to a beach for swimming, while it is surrounded by a multitude of beaches with the most secular one of Loutsa.
