The studio was fully renovated in June 2018. It has all the latest amenities, it's cosy, big, comfortable and has beautiful style. Brand new bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has everything you need like hobs, mini oven, cookery essentials. It's very close to many hotels in Kato Paphos and to many archeological museums. Private parking is just outside of entrance door. Huge supermarket is opposite from the apartment.3 minutes walking to the sea and 8 minutes walk to the old harbor and old castle!

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt welcoming. The spacious private yard was a great place to relax. Check-in went smoothly thanks to the clear and detailed instructions. The location was perfect — close to the beach, the mall, and plenty of cafés. The hosts were kind and responsive. The apartment was new, modern, and very stylish – exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Communication with Dainora was fast, friendly and smooth, and check-in was totally hassle-free. The location is great, just a short walk to the promenade and everything you need for daily life. From the balcony, there’s even a slight sea view. I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean and very nice. Large balcony with a beautiful sea view. The kitchen is poorly equipped, there were no spices as the host states in the description. There could also be reductions to the sockets, as it was a problem to charge the phone, etc. Overall, the apartment has a great location, very close to the beach, a beautiful promenade. The host was very pleasant and responded immediately if we needed anything. We will definitely come back :)

Okay. If you want to be in the centre of the action within a few steps of bars, restaurants or shops nothing comes better than this! Don’t worry the noise outside doesn’t carry into this studio apartment. It’s in a bustling area but the sounding proofing inside is more than adequate Presentation was 5/5. Lovely layout. Exactly as the images portray. Massive tv. Lovely bathroom. Super little kitchen. For me it was tight. For two it’s a squeeze. It’s a studio. It’s small. So if you are looking for space as a priority this isn’t it. Watch the world pass by as you sit sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. Thats what this is about! I thought I was treated superbly by the team looking after the property. Couldn’t fault them for helping with anything I required. Simply super Italian restaurant literally 5m away. Best pizza I’ve had in years! Go! So there you go. That’s my vibe on this. Oh and parking was superb so don’t worry if you have a car. There is lots of space in the rear.
