The villa was spotless, and everything was in perfect condition. A bit out of the way but with a car was the perfect spot; overlooking the sea and a 10 minutes drive to the nearest village and supermarkets. Really close to Kourtaliotiko gorge and waterfall. Overall was really impressed with this villa and would happily visit again!

Simply put, Georgoshouse is a little slice of heaven on earth! There is nothing pretentious to be found here. This is a family-run home with rooms to rent and a nice little taverna. The owners and staff are very kind and welcoming. And the pet-friendly environment is something I really appreciate. A sweet little seaside oasis, you can come here to escape the bustling crowds of the more touristy areas of Crete. The drive there is visually stunning and the heights a little dizzying. It is a bit scary if you have fear of heights, as the road is narrow without shoulders or guardrails. However, another option is to park in Hora Sfakion and take a water taxi over instead. That's what I'll do next time!

Without doubt THE BEST place we've ever been on holiday ❤️. The location is just perfect if you're looking for an 'off grid' place. The mountain views are outstanding and only interrupted by the sound of the mountain goats bells which are wonderfully melodic!. The hosts were wonderful providing us with a homemade Moussaka for our arrival 👌delivering fresh eggs from their hens later in the week. Google Maps brings you right to the villa and a small hire car can make it just take your time on the windy bits! If you're a cat lover you're in for a treat as there are a few beautiful young cats to feed (food provided by owners). Pool fabulous accommodation perfect. We are already booking for next year! 💯 the perfect place to wind down and recharge away from everything we couldn't recommend enough! ps Nikolaos was super helpful when we needed support on getting a flat tyre replaced 👌

We loved our stay here. The place is new so feels fresh and clean. The view is gorgeous, mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. There was a coffee machine so we would have a great coffee and look at the view in the morning. We enjoyed being a little out of town and liked walking up the hill to feel like we are keeping fit! Probably get a car if you don’t like walking. The host is very responsive and there was a lovely lady available for all our needs if we had trouble with anything. Highly recommend. We miss the place already!

First of all the host damoulis was excellent. The recommendations for places to visit and to eat made our holiday. Our 3 night stay was not long enough to enjoy them all but we must say the trek down to the beach from Aradena bridge through the Aradena gorge is a must for anyone who enjoys hiking! The apartment is squeaky clean and very modern with everything you need to feel home from home. This is the first time we have visited this part of the island and we were very impressed with hora Sfakion we can’t wait to return. Thank you Damoulis & Eleftheria Hope to see you again soon!

Katherines Harito Loutro war der krönende Abschluss meiner Kreta-Reise! Morgens auf dieser unfassbar schönen Terrasse mit Blick über das weite Meer zu frühstücken, abends den Sternenhimmel zu sehen und das Geläut der Ziegen hinter mir zu hören - ein Gefühl absoluter Ruhe und Weltabgeschiedenheit, oben drüber über dem Dorf, und dennoch ist man in zwei, drei Minuten mittendrin. Das liebevoll restaurierte Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht, aber kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack. Katherine ist eine unglaublich umsichtige und fürsorglich Gastgeberin, die auf Fragen sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank Kathy, ich komme sehr gerne wieder!!

Όμορφος χώρος, με θετική ενέργεια, ιδιωτικότητα και ησυχία! Το προσωπικό είναι πρόσχαρο και πολύ φιλικό, έτοιμο να ικανοποιήσει κάθε σου προσδοκία! Θα ξαναεπισκεπτομουν το χώρο, και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για ολιγοήμερες διακοπές, αλλά και για περισσότερες ημέρες, μιας και υπάρχουν επίσης υπηρεσίες χαλάρωσης.

Belle endroit. Chambre propre et magnifique. Nous avons passé un truc bon moment et recommandant à 2000% ! Personnel extrêmement gentil !
