It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). It is located in village of Vrsine in the immediate vicinity of the towns Marina and Trogir, in Split-Dalmatian County. We transformed an old traditional family estate into a tranquil oase. Both units are bohemian in style yet homey at the same time, with unique romantic interior and exceptional outdoor area. The atmosphere is defined by its modern and spacious interior and plenty of natural light.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
