Мы прожили в этих апартаментах месяц. Когда мы только заехали квартира была очень чистой, пахла уборкой. Состояние мебели и техники тоже очень хорошее. Каждый день прекрасные закаты и очень солнечная сторона. В принципе, нам очень понравилось. Хозяин быстро отвечал и во всем помогал! Многие писали, что есть проблема с лифтами - нам везло, иногда стояли ждали, но не чтобы прям долго. Иногда присутствует шум с улицы и с соседних квартир, но это не сильная проблема. И самое плохое - это интернет. Он очень плохо работал, иногда вообще не работал, в некоторых частях квартиры в особенности спальни - его вообще практически нет.

Great place. We didn’t stay in this apartment because the host upgraded us to a 2 bedroom. The apartment we did stay in had a very comfortable and soft bed and the apartment building was great. The rooftop pool and gym is the highlight. The apartment is close to many shops, the mall, and good restaurants. We had some issues with cleanliness after checking in, but the host was friendly and worked to get it resolved. Unfortunately, we decided to end our trip early because I got sick from mold growing in the apartment. Hopefully the host can get that resolved soon. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall a nice stay. Perfectly accommodating and promptly responded to messages. The rooms are a bit swapped with the room connected to the bathroom not really fit for a couple (the room next door is) There are holes in the glued door between those two rooms so it makes it a bit tough to “seal” oneself off from the noise of your travel mates. Overall good stay.

Nice place & reasonable host

mọi thứ rất tốt, hướng của phòng khá mát, không sợ bị nắng chiếu oi nhưng vẫn đủ trong trường hợp cần phơi đồ. máy sấy tóc của phòng bị hư, sau đó chủ nhà đã lập tức mua bổ sung, mọi thứ bạn cần gần như đc hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình.

Sofia's apartments are all on the higher floors. From her balcony you can see all the tourist things people come for. The Golden Buddha, the Jesus, beaches and the light house. She has a large refrigerator most of the apartments don't, a microwave, rice cooker, real coffee mugs, wine glasses plus. Her extra effort shows.

Huynh Thi’s place is great. It has 3 bedrooms, a full service kitchen, living room and a sea view balcony- which is wonderful for morning coffee. The host was one of the best I’ve ever had. She took care of any issue immediately and responded within a minute or two. There is a Lotteria on the corner where you can buy anything you need. Great job on a comfortable stay!

快適です。エレベーターが少なく遅いので、長い時間待たされることがあります。 設備に問題がありましたが、ホストがすぐに解決してくれました。

We had a nice welcome on arrival. The apartment was good value and it smelt nice and clean when we arrived. The towels and bed linen smelt good too. The furniture was modern and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The balcony was a good size and had a view of the children's pool on the 5th floor. This apartment was on the 19th floor and had a view out to the sea in the far distance. However, the seafront in the other direction was only 5 minutes walk away. The pool on the 36th floor was large and had a great view. We liked that the apartment had GS25 convenience store at the bottom of the apartments and a few small cafes/shops. I also liked that there was a Lotte Mart with a food court and shops 5 minutes walk away. Things to note: the lifts at the weekend were very crowded- could take 30 minutes. The wall between the two bedrooms had a plastic partition door which was not soundproof, which made it less private. Not the host's fault but the design.

Clean, comfortable, host responds quickly. Will come back in the future

The villa is worth staying in. The house is very clean and full of necessary items. There is a great steam room. Reasonable price and walking distance to the beach. The bed has enough room for 16 people. The karaoke room is very good and discreet. I had a wonderful time here

최고의 단체 숙소였습니다! 넓고 깨끗한 공간은 물론, 수영장과 노래방 덕분에 지루할 틈 없이 즐겁게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 시설 관리도 잘 되어 있어 편안하게 쉴 수 있었고, 호스트분도 친절하고 세심하게 신경 써주셔서 더욱 만족스러웠어요. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다!
