Great little place to stay in Brno.

Very nice apartment. Arrival perfectly organized. Great view of the city, panoramic windows. Presence of air conditioning. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be happy to come again, we can recommend!

Beautiful accommodation in a pleasant, quiet place, yet with great accessibility to the city center. Communication with the host was great, thanks to the accurate information it was easy to get to the apartment. I enjoyed my stay at Martin's apartment. It was simple place but just what I needed. It was in a safe part of town and there were shops and public transport nearby. The instructions for check in were very comprehensive and easy to follow. Martin was always very responsive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Brno

Truly a _perfect_ AirBnB, very clean and well-maintained, cozy and functionally furnished, and just a very short drive from Brno exhibition centre, which was where we were headed. Despite a small misunderstanding about our arrival time, Standa was very quick to reply when contacted to make sure we can get in quickly. The parking situation needs a little getting used to – in this street, you can park for free between 6AM-5PM. Outside of these hours, you have to pay via EasyPark. If the app works for you, it is actually very easy, but unfortunately, it kept displaying error messages for us, and we had to use their website, where you have to enter the parking zone manually, and it doesn't know automatically which hours are subject to fees, and which are free. If you don't need your car right there all the time, there's several paid garages a short walk away!

very clean and modern flat with comfortable beds. Irena is very kind and friendly. We stayed for two nights with my family during December holidays and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We definitely recommend Irena's place.

The place was absolutely great. It certainly wasn't the last time and the bathroom wins!

We all had space (7 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant), could cook but also walk to the center with great restaurants and pubs. We especially liked the garden with a great sauna. We'll go back!

We made a mistake when booking but Petra was so kind to help us through and allowed us to have a great weekend in Brno! I can recommend this place to everyone, everything was on point and the view, what a view! It’s been a while since I slept watching the stars in such a cozy terrace. Great value for money !

The accommodation was great, as per pictures and description: the kitchen has all necessary tools for a quick dinner, and bedroom is spacious. Location is quiet and going to city centre is relatively quick, also supermarket are nearby.

Great place. Everything in the apartment was impeccable. Lots of natural light. Nice experience.

Excellent stay, the apartment was exactly as described, and even better. Super clean, had everything you can think of, including stuff for our little kid. Location in walkable distance from the historical city centre, in a wonderful, peaceful neighbourhood. It can be a bit tricky to find parking nearby late in the evening, but that's normal, I guess. All in all, this is the closest you can get to the hypothetical perfect stay.
