Třetí host spí na matraci nebo pohovce v obýváku. Je prakticky zařízený, moderní kuchyň, kávovar, čaj a vše potřebné k vaření. Nemáme TV. Byt je určený pro hosty, kteří hledají odpočinek a klid na práci. V zimě topíme klimatizací a je to ok, dům je kvalitně zateplený. V den příjezdu je byt již vytopený a dále si teplotu určujete sami.
