Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

The home was clean and had more than enough room for our family. Communication was quick and informative. We had a relaxing week in Melbourne. While we were there in April, the beach was very quiet. There were only a few other families on the beach.

Albert’s home is perfect for two couples. There are two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. The upstairs has a kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, and small porch. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Very well appointed. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Albert for being a great host.

This place was fantastic for our long weekend stay with two dogs and our daughter. The location was amazing- just a very short walk to the beach! And right behind two very yummy restaurants, a 7-11 (If we needed anything quick) and a good pizza place as well. The back yard was such a nice amenity for the dogs and it looks like new landscaping was just complete. Very pretty! The house was clean, updated and had everything we needed. There were guests staying in both the other units, but the walls were thick we never heard a single other person and there was lots of parking! The outdoor fresh water shower made cleaning off from the beach a breeze. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you so much for a peaceful beach weekend!

We found this house on a whim after checking out a very disappointing rental property elsewhere. Lorraine the owner was so kind and accommodating and the house far exceeded our expectations. We could tell immediately upon arrival that this home was well taken care of, spotless and stocked with everything we would need for a 9 day stay. Our daughter swam endlessly in the crystal clear pool! It was our first time in Sebastian and we will definitely be back to rent this home again.

Clean house, easy to get inside and he even offered an extra day for free due to a cancellation from his friend. It had everything you need in the kitchen and he allowed pets. We ended up not bringing ours because plans changed. Beds were comfortable enough and the couch was comfortable to sit on. Updated look and not cluttered. The only thing that happened was there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and we ran out before we noticed. My fault I guess since I normally show up with some lol Thanks Brandon!

For our stay Albatross Villa was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. Beds and bedding were as comforts a 5 star hotel. House was cool and comfortable. Pool was lovely. All in better than many hotels with tons for space and privacy. A great value!

Our stay was wonderfu! The house and the location were beautiful. We had the beach all to ourselves and we were there while the sea turtles were mating and laying eggs. Seeing all the turtles was an added bonus to the trip. It was a relaxing fun vacation and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Sydney and Scott’s place was perfect for our week stay to be near family and the beach for spring break. Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Great place to spend the night if you are flying in the day before a cruise. The house is extremely easy to find and close to the main road while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and exactly as pictured. We didn’t swim while there because it was raining but the pool looked refreshing. Awesome place to vacation.

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

Great little spot close to downtown Jensen. House was nice and clean. Had plenty to do for the kids. Mini golf was perfect for everyone. Big spacious living/dining/kitchen areas for everyone to be together. Outdoor living space was great. Hosts were great! Super responsive and respectful and very helpful which to me can make or break an Airbnb experience. Pool might need an extra cleaning day/week…tons of bugs/ants/etc floating all through. Bottom line, would highly recommend staying here. Great experience overall.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

This home is a dream. The proximity to the beach is superb, but once you step into the backyard and your private oasis, you'll be tempted to stay there. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail you can imagine. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows provided. The kitchen is spacious and the layout of the house with two living rooms allows your party to do their own thing when they want to. The backyard was the highlight for us. The landscaping provides pure seclusion. During the day we relaxed in the pool loungers and every evening we would relax in the spa and then dry off under the patio lights by the table fire pit. We did not need to bring over half of what we did because so many amenities and beach items are provided. I can't think of one negative thing to say except we didn't stay long enough!

This house is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool lanai was awesome and it was cool watching tv outside in the pool. My family is from NH so we could never be able to do something like this. Eddie was very informative and knowledgeable. So much so we didn’t even need to reach out to him for any questions. Very pleasant to deal with for checkin and check out process. Would definitely rent this house again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Peaceful location. VERY clean! Lindsay was so friendly and quick to respond. She even gave us a heads up about a rocket launch and it was one of the highlights of our trip! We would definitely come back! Loved it!! The view and the beach were amazing!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A beautiful house on the inside and out! The accommodations were top notch and the pool was amazing! This is a rare gem located in a quiet, well kept neighborhood with a perfect location to awesome restaurants and the beach. The host was highly responsive and the check in/check out process was very easy. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

What a gem so happy with our stay at Spanish Eyes! We found Carmen and Shalom’s place to be very clean and well equipped, which is what I look for a comfortable stay. Their place is very well maintained and had such beautiful views of the ocean! We absolutely loved the beach access right off the property, it’s very private and almost all of our stay had the beach to ourselves! Oh and the beds we slept so well, what a restful stay after coming from the theme parks! Thanks so much I would most definitely stay again and again!!

The Host responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was amazingly clean! If I am traveling in the area again then I would rebook this place.

Tracy’s place was exactly what we needed for a few relaxing days away with our Boxer, George. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with plenty of walkable streets, perfect for daily strolls. The home itself is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals in, and the bathrooms were equally well-equipped. Everything was so comfortable and well done, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The pool and hot tub were highlights. We spent a lot of time enjoying both, and we loved grilling out a few evenings during our stay. Tracy was a wonderful host; she even checked in after our first night to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the hospitality and personal touches. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at Andrew's place. When a few things didn't exactly match our expectations, the hosts went out of their way to make things right immediately. The property and house are fun and beachy. Our kids loved the pool!

We stayed in the upstairs Unit D and I would have to say this was the nicest airbnb we have ever stayed in! The unit was wonderful and the upstairs deck facing the river was wonderful! Everything was close by to walk to and great running area as well. Unfortunately it rained much of the weekend when we were there and so we didn't get to enjoy the deck as much as I wanted but that just means we will have to go back! Very dog friendly as well. Wonderful place!
