very nice, clean, and spacious appartment. fully stocked with everything you need. Very fast and reliable Wi-Fi Internet. Excellent central air conditioning for each room. Private covered car park with card access. Main door access to building by card. 5 start like hotel lifts (golden cladding) very shiny clean. Flat shares access door with the Millennium resort so you can use hotel restaurants, and tour operators. The host Mansoor made us feel at home. He checked on us regularly, and gave us advise on places to visit in Salalah. overall amazing experience and would come back again.

Very nice place to stay in a gated area. Located directly on the canal, it is about a 10-minute walk to the sea. The place was very clean, but there was a lack of cooking utensils etc. Otherwise, everything is great 👍🏼
