Beach condo holiday rentals in Waikoloa Beach Resort

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It had a great view of the ocean, sunset, walking distance to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops and along the beautiful coastal strip. We felt right at home and it was a great place to experience The Big Island 🏝️ Mahalo!

Christie is an excellent host. Everything was just as described. Comfortable beds. Spotless linens. Clean kitchen. No bugs! Pool can be noisy until it closes but you cannot hear it on the balcony. Other than that, quiet condo complex.

Excellent location for all you may want to do in Kona. Beautiful view of ocean. All the amenities made our stay extra special. Davide has thought of everything. Sand toys, snorkels, cooler, telescope for dolphin watching, he has it all. The Green Flash Coffee right next store was super convenient to go to for breakfast every morning and was delicious. Would stay again.

Amy's place was just the perfect condo for us. It had a great unobstructed view the ocean. and the sounds of the ocean along with the evening breeze wafting through the unit at night was heavenly. Having breakfast on the lanai was a treat each morning of our stay. Very private end unit on the second floor assured privacy with no one being able to look in or walk by. Quiet and away from the bustle of the tourist district. (except for one noisy Coqui frog in the bushes nearby). I chased it away enough to get it to stop for the evenings. A nearby market and Ali'i Gardens Marketplace with cool friendly people (plus great fish tacos!) is just a short walk away. Amy was attentive and provided good tips for our visit which was a great help. Will definitely visit again!

place was beautiful! spacious and very well kept. location was great just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the strip down the road. host was responsive and helpful!

Thank you for a Beautiful condo and experience! The view is Awesome! The Complex is a great placement for a mixture of sandy beaches, tide pools, and surf. The condo has great placement in the complex for accessibility to elevator, pool and amenities. Stephanie’s condo will make you feel right at home with housewares, extra beach accessories, A great welcome and suggestion book for the island and overall organized, tidy surroundings! We enjoyed our stay a lot, the apartment was very well located and super clean! The host was communicative and answered our questions really fast. I highly recommend this stay, not just for a short time, but also for long stays.

Everything excellent, very clean and good location, only the shortness of air for the day in hot weather is a bit hot but I recommend closing windows and at night you open

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Don't hesitate to book this place! it has everything we needed for 5 adults! beach gear was especially appreciated! Walking distance to many restaurants and even the luau at Royal Kona Resort..

The unit was just as pictured. Nice view from the balcony and good location. Fruit stand right across the street. Magic sands beach down the street is nice spot to hangout. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly neighborhood. Close to the airport. We loved our stay 🙂

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

Wendy’s place was amazing for us. We loved watching the surfers in the morning while we drank our coffee. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! One day we took an uber to the beach and used the chairs and umbrella. They were great! My husband is a larger man and fit nicely in their beach chairs. Another thing to note is there location. It’s walkable to town but down the road so you get that peace and quiet. We had an amazing time and would recommend staying here!

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb on the Big Island was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and the warm hospitality of our host, Allyson. The home itself was immaculate—thoughtfully designed, incredibly clean, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. Every detail was clearly considered to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Location-wise, it was great, secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close to attractions all the Big Island has to offer. Our host went above and beyond—providing excellent local recommendations, quick communication. If you’re considering a stay on the Big Island, do not hesitate—this place is an absolute must. Fantastic location. Walkable to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Beautiful decor inside and out. On the wish list for better outfitting of kitchen: cloth napkins for six that match the woven placemats - the whole point of condo (for us anyway) is to be able to make and serve a few dinners, along with coffee & breakfast on lanai. Had to set the table with paper towels for napkins - only 3 cloth napkins which did not match the elegant setting or placemats. And having plastic wrap or baggies and foil should be included - at a minimum some storage containers... lastly - champagne flutes :) Maybe this is fine for other guests.

Burt Is an amazing host. Always responded to all our questions. He was always kind and responsive to all our questions. Place Is amazing. Very conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Appartment has amazing sea view from a huge balcony awesome sunset and sunrise. They gave as a nice gift of Hawaii honey and some other snacks. Appartment is equipped with umbrellas and beach foldable chairs as well as snorkeling equipment for your full experience. All amazing beaches are within few miles from appartment and we explored them all. We don’t have preference. Each of them is worth experiencing. If you like to cook there is high level equipped kitchen with subzero refrigerator and great other kitchen appliances( range, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker etc) Master bedroom toilette has bidet with warm water and dryer. There is also washer and dryer so you can wash and dry your clothes if you are staying longer. Appartment also comes with garage and private parking spot.

This was a beautiful, roomy, clean and very convenient accommodation for our family of 4. We especially loved the spacious lanai- you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from your balcony . Also, there was a very well equipped kitchen and an abundance of beach gear- they even had toys that our little one loved! This place has everything you need and more. The Hilton pass is the cherry on top- a must if you’re traveling with kids IMO. Thank you, we hope to visit again!

Allyson was proactive and incredibly responsive. There is helpful information that we used during our entire stay, including insider tips we were so grateful to have. The beautifully decorated condo has an ideal location on the property. It is at the back end of the Villa's, so it feels very private and the lanais face west providing unobstructed and amazing sunsets. It is also an easy walk to the pool and hot tub, which we used a lot (especially coming back from the beach before showers), because it was so convenient. And the private Beach Club you have access to is the BEST! We loved the snorkeling, with calm water (perfect for all levels). Plus, a great restaurant provides food and drinks to take to the beach, and the food was superb for dinner (better than other pricier restaurants nearby). There are four bikes which means you can get to the Beach Club without a car, or use the coolers, chairs and umbrellas from the condo to go anywhere. A true five star find!

The property was beautiful. Plenty of room for my family and the lanai was perfect to gather in. Everything was awesome!

This place was awesome! Such beautiful views of the ocean, comfortable seating on lanai and full stocked kitchen. Seems they thought of everything from an ice chest to beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear and even sun hats. Easy walk to town for dinner and light shopping. We had a small problem of no electricity when we arrived. I called William and he was there to fix it within 5 minutes. I would love to come back and stay another time😃
