Beach condo holiday rentals in Waikoloa Village

Wendy’s place was amazing for us. We loved watching the surfers in the morning while we drank our coffee. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! One day we took an uber to the beach and used the chairs and umbrella. They were great! My husband is a larger man and fit nicely in their beach chairs. Another thing to note is there location. It’s walkable to town but down the road so you get that peace and quiet. We had an amazing time and would recommend staying here!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It had a great view of the ocean, sunset, walking distance to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops and along the beautiful coastal strip. We felt right at home and it was a great place to experience The Big Island 🏝️ Mahalo!

Christie is an excellent host. Everything was just as described. Comfortable beds. Spotless linens. Clean kitchen. No bugs! Pool can be noisy until it closes but you cannot hear it on the balcony. Other than that, quiet condo complex.

The condo has great placement in the complex for accessibility to elevator, pool and amenities. Stephanie’s condo will make you feel right at home with housewares, extra beach accessories, A great welcome and suggestion book for the island and overall organized, tidy surroundings! This place was awesome! Such beautiful views of the ocean, comfortable seating on lanai and full stocked kitchen. Seems they thought of everything from an ice chest to beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear and even sun hats. Easy walk to town for dinner and light shopping. We had a small problem of no electricity when we arrived. I called William and he was there to fix it within 5 minutes. I would love to come back and stay another time😃

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It's perfect for two people and offers an extremely nice view. The property comes with plenty of beach equipment, which made our beach outings even more enjoyable. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend it!

Everything excellent, very clean and good location, only the shortness of air for the day in hot weather is a bit hot but I recommend closing windows and at night you open

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Great place to stay in Kona! Just yards from shops and restaurants. Kitchen was perfect for meals at the condo and dining on the lanai. Location was close to great activities! Binder in the condo had great suggestions for what to do on the island. We picked a new adventure each day and had a blast! Will definitely stay again when we visit the big island!

Beautiful space in walking distance of downtown.

We enjoyed our stay at Nico and Sarah's condo. It was a convenient location and had everything we needed. Nico and Sarah were responsive to our questions. I would stay here again.

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

This was a great spot for our family! Close to the pool and beach with a private lanai. This had everything we needed — high chair, crib and wagon filled with beach toys. Our kids were so excited! We will definitely consider staying here again. I took daily walks down to the beach club and got good use of the gym! It’s also a close walk to the Mauna Lani Auberge hotel with great restaurants and excursions.

Location-wise, it was great, secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close to attractions all the Big Island has to offer. Our host went above and beyond—providing excellent local recommendations, quick communication. If you’re considering a stay on the Big Island, do not hesitate—this place is an absolute must. We loved staying here! The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the pullout sleeper wasn’t terrible (for what it is), bathroom and towels were wonderful, and we saw sea turtles from the lanai!

Allyson's home was the perfect location for our family vacation on the big island. The home was very comfortable for our group of six. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. We enjoyed the back patio in the early morning and while watching the sun set. The pool is amazing and a quick walk. It is a short distance to the beach and snorkeling. We ventured out to the Waimea Saturday market, recommended by Allyson, and it was a great experience. We enjoyed local foods and crafts. I highly recommend this home, it was our second time staying here.

Fantastic location. Walkable to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Beautiful decor inside and out. On the wish list for better outfitting of kitchen: cloth napkins for six that match the woven placemats - the whole point of condo (for us anyway) is to be able to make and serve a few dinners, along with coffee & breakfast on lanai. Had to set the table with paper towels for napkins - only 3 cloth napkins which did not match the elegant setting or placemats. And having plastic wrap or baggies and foil should be included - at a minimum some storage containers... lastly - champagne flutes :) Maybe this is fine for other guests.

Burt Is an amazing host. Always responded to all our questions. He was always kind and responsive to all our questions. Place Is amazing. Very conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Appartment has amazing sea view from a huge balcony awesome sunset and sunrise. They gave as a nice gift of Hawaii honey and some other snacks. Appartment is equipped with umbrellas and beach foldable chairs as well as snorkeling equipment for your full experience. All amazing beaches are within few miles from appartment and we explored them all. We don’t have preference. Each of them is worth experiencing. If you like to cook there is high level equipped kitchen with subzero refrigerator and great other kitchen appliances( range, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker etc) Master bedroom toilette has bidet with warm water and dryer. There is also washer and dryer so you can wash and dry your clothes if you are staying longer. Appartment also comes with garage and private parking spot.

This was a beautiful, roomy, clean and very convenient accommodation for our family of 4. We especially loved the spacious lanai- you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from your balcony . Also, there was a very well equipped kitchen and an abundance of beach gear- they even had toys that our little one loved! This place has everything you need and more. The Hilton pass is the cherry on top- a must if you’re traveling with kids IMO. Thank you, we hope to visit again!

The property was beautiful. Plenty of room for my family and the lanai was perfect to gather in. Everything was awesome!
