Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Wailea-Makena

It was a great home. It was in a central location to get to all the places we wanted to visit. We loved to just walk around the area, great food, great shopping nearby!!

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

This house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access to major destinations on the island. k Kitchen is fully stocked and bathroom is clean. The retractable roof shade is really nice! The host is friendly and nice to communicate. Hope to be back sometime in the future. Thank you so much for the accomodation!

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. Staying at the Kula Jewel is nothing short of the perfect experience. Pamela made sure to personally welcome us, show us around and direct us to local shops. We should have just spent our entire time in Hawaii here, as the views and perfect design of the home gave us the experience of staying with a close friend. Stocked kitchen, great linens, pool and hot tub, bbq and all of the perfect details that make vacations special, Pamela really takes care in making her guests feel at home. The stunning interiors partner with the unique shape of the house, making the Maui landscape picturesque from sunrise to sunset. We will have a place to call our Maui spot when visiting from now on.

I don’t even know where to begin! We loved this cozy place! Felt right at home. Amy has very clear directions and a lot of info about the area. Made it helpful when choosing a beach to checkout, or place to grab food. Everything is labeled. She has beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler which all came in handy. Place very neat and tidy. Well organized. Beds super comfortable. It’s in a great location for those who are looking for something quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. Close to the Road to Hāna. The outdoor shower was a hit! Now my husband wants to install one in our own home! 😆Amy was extremely responsive with replying. I have no negatives. We are pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness and this place was perfect. Just book it! You won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to return again!

This place was the perfect spot for us. We were looking to be in a quieter area and close to both Haleakala and the road to Hana. It was the best spot for both. The house is well laid out and the patio was the perfect place to rest and enjoy the breeze with family. Dave and Natalie are excellent hosts, communicative, and very friendly. Highly recommend!

So happy to have stayed here. Felt like a very central location and the home was so cozy. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, and a great size home to come back to after the beach. The hosts were so kind to even have a delicious pie waiting for us in the fridge. I would not only stay here again, but I would also definitely recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for our needs. We cook a lot on vacation because we have kids with allergies and pretty much everything we needed was there (couldn't find pot holders, but we used a towel instead). The place was clean and the view was amazing! The location couldn't have been better - quick walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets on the beach. The condo building was also very well maintained and everyone working there was very friendly. It all made for a wonderful vacation!

The place was just as described. It was within walking distance to a really nice beach. The chairs/umbrella for the beach were great and we used them extensively. We really liked that the washer and dryer were in the unit so we had fresh towels when needed. Would definitely come back

Die Wohnung von Annie ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die gepflegte Anlage befindet sich gleich neben den ganzen Luxushotels in Wailea mit direktem Strandzugang. Es ist wie im Paradies dort. Ich war noch nie in einem so gut ausgestattetem Airbnb zu Gast. Badetücher, Strandliegen, Sonnenschirme, Schnorchelausrüstung, Strandspielzeug, Kühltaschen und noch vieles mehr machen den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis. Kosmetika, Kaffee, Gewürze, Wattepads, ja sogar Schwimmwindeln waren vorhanden. Annie hat uns auch einen späteren Check out ermöglicht. Das Swimmingpool und der Strandpavillon sind ganz toll. Man kann dort auch seine Lebensmittel in Kühlschränke geben und auch Griller und Herd sind dort vorzufinden. Der Zugang zum bekannten Beachwalk befindet sich gleich neben dem Strand. Es war herrlich dort jeden Tag die 5 km zu gehen. Der Strand ist wunderschön dort. 100-prozentige Weiterenpfehlung. Unbedingt buchen, wenn man nach Maui kommt. Both beds were extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect just steps away from Kam II beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Everything was perfect for our short 2 night stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Melissa was an outstanding host! Her condo, besides being very neat and clean, had every necessity we needed on our vacation AND she provided supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, detergents etc that lasted for our entire stay. Haven't had an airb&b host who did that.) Beautiful and convenient location, in the heart of Kihei, close by to many amazing restaurants and coffee shops, surrounded by beautiful beaches. The condo is perfect for a family stay with small children. A washer and a dryer were very helpful. Would definitely recommend Melissa!

Really nice! Loved the view and the building is perfect direction for sunset. Condo was clean and big. The only thing I would say is that they should maybe add Tupperware and ziplocks but other than that the condo and host were great!!

The room was excellent and clean. Easy to parking lot on guests only. A such beautiful view the ocean from balcony and room. The bedroom is clean and soft. :)

Beautiful location and setting. Very well organized and equipped. Especially nice bathroom and kitchen. She was also very thoughtful on the smaller details too, such as hooks to hang towels, clothes line in tub, non scented cleaning products . Also Very nice setup on the lanai

We had the most lovely stay at this resort! Jordan’s place is exactly like the photos and is beautifully private. While you cannot exactly see the ocean from the condo—the trees and foliage has now grown too high—we loved opening the late sliding doors and listing to the ocean whenever we were at the home. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and we loved having access to all of the coffee and appliances supplied. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool has all the amenities you can imagine. There a many places to eat, grab coffee, and activities in a close drive to the location. We did see a singular cockroach inside near where a screened window was ajar. Jordan was very responsive when we message him about this. We had absolutely no concerns about the cleanliness of the condo throughout the rest of our stay. Overall, this was a tropical luxury stay perfect for a honeymoon filled with privacy and easy access to all things one could want in Maui.

The place was exactly as described; comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The beach is within walking distance, and the walk itself is very pleasant. The home was spotless, cleaning was truly top-notch. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While the property is near a street, it’s not an overly busy one, so noise was never an issue. Overall, a great stay that we would gladly recommend.

The condo featured everything we could hope for to enjoy the beaches and our vacation with a baby including full kitchen equipment, various baby chairs, toys, a bathtub and beach equipment (umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, beachwaggon...). We really liked the interior design, it made us feel more at home.

Enjoyed our stay in Kihei ! Breathtaking view. A walkable neighborhood. The other beaches we checked out weren’t a far drive either. Communication was reliable when needed. Area was quiet. All the included beach items made our beach days super easy. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and helpful.

Amazing condo, super close to the best beaches and restaurants while still being in a private condo complex! Very spacious condo with lots of amenities and Jill is an amazing host, very responsive, and super pleasant, would definitely rent this place out again!

We had a great stay at Connie and Chris’s. We loved the hospitality, accommodations, and how well equipped this AirBnB was - including the plentiful Welcome Basket! It had all the essentials and more - even things we never thought we would need but glad to have/ borrow. The Airbnb was very spacious, we didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely coming back and staying with Connie and Chris’s again!
