Family-friendly holiday rentals in Wailua

Well appointed condo in perfect location. We've stayed in several Pale Ke Kua condos and this is our favorite. Sunrise from the lanai every day, sunsets over Bali Hai just steps away. The Quiet corner of Princeville yet easy access to everything. Thanks Sally...we'll be back!!

Passt..alles da was man braucht..sauber ,,Lob an die Dame die noch am reinigen war als wir angekommem sind ..der Parkplatz war nicht zu finden ..man hatte die falsche Nummer aufgemalt..mussten lange suchen aber auf Nachfrage wurde das Problem gelöst..insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aber sehr empfehlenswert

this is a great, modern, roomy, well equipped condo. the only negative thing we have is that the bedroom is close to a busy road so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise you will probably not get a good nights sleep. we used ear plugs which helped.

This was a great stay for my sister and I’s annual girls trip. The only thing I was thrown off by was that there’s actually only one bathroom inside the house, the other two are technically outside. The place is smaller than I thought it would be too, kind of the same size as my apartment in DC. BUT, this is the cleanest, most well decorated air b n b I’ve ever stayed in. In terms of decorations and quality of linens and towels and bed comfort, it easily compares to a four seasons or better. I also would definitely recommend staying in this part of the island versus poipu or princeville, this neighborhood actually feels like a local place and isn’t overrun with tourists. Also shoutout to Guy, the manager of the property who lives next door, we loved meeting him!

This condo was a great place to stay in Princeville! It was clean, well equipped and in a great location! It was also super nice to have the pool within such a short walking distance, and loads of beach gear for guests to use. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, toys and even a wagon, which was great for a family with small kids. A couple of things I didn’t realize before booking: you have to request a pack and play ahead of time for an extra fee (the listing had it on the amenities list so I assumed it was always just in the condo for guest use) and the washing machine is extremely loud, like sounds like an airplane taking off loud, so start the load when you’re going out for the day or won’t mind the excessive noise. Other than those two minor things this was an awesome condo that I would recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was plenty big for our group of 8 and it is in such a great location. We walked to both Poipu beach and Shipwrecks very easily. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. Also, the condo is well stocked with lots of different supplies and kitchen items. I would highly recommend!

North island in princeville is beautiful, it’s away from cities so more expensive amenities and not that many choices but we felt it was more of an authentic island experience. Great beaches. A few Good restaurants nearby. (Happy talk and the pizza place next door) Home is wonderful. Better than expected. Host and home owners were great.

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. Thank you Annie and Greg you're wonderful people and for opening up your beautiful home in paradise 💙

There was a power outage the moment we got there so things were a little confusing. Cleaning people arrived shortly after we communicated with Annie and we found out the whole area was without power. We went to Foodland, only 5 minutes away, to see if we could pick up any groceries there and then power came back on. So we were able to grab some snacks and dinner. Then get officially checked in. Annie was very responsive and let us know what was going on a best as she could. We were very comfortable there. Slept well. Listening to the rain showers or birds chirping. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Liuni's place was incredible! We rented a couple houses in the neighborhood for our group, and could not be happier with Luini's home and her and Tanya's support throughout our stay. Communication was amazing, the house was incredibly clean, amazing location, and had everything we needed. It's in the neighborhood of Queens Bath which is a must-see in Kauai and makes it SO easy because parking is not always accessible for that trail, but we could just walk to it! I highly recommend staying here. It is absolutely worth the price and was so nice to be able to sleep our group of 7. I am so grateful for this experience and Liuni and Tanya's kindness and flexibility with our group.

This condo has the most amazing views and you can leave the windows and the lanai sliding door open and get the best breeze! George is a very responsive and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Jayne’s villa was outstanding! It was very clean and tidy, and the A/C in the bedroom was a bonus. The location was perfect, easy to get to Kukuiula Shopping Center, Poipu Beach, and Kōloa town. We will definitely stay here again!

The views were everything! And Harriet is a great host and super responsive and communicative! Highly recommend

Luisa’s condo is a great option if you’re looking for a clean and tidy little space with easy beach access. The cooler, lawn chairs, and boogie boards were definitely an unexpected perk that we used daily. We enjoyed the private deck and pool area as well. It’s within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and lots of little shops. Very satisfied with our stay!

Excellent stay! Exceptionally clean. Well appointed space. Location was equidistant to points of interest on both sides of the island. Access to the walking/cycling path was so convenient. Communication with the hosts was never an issue. Very quick to respond. A brand new blender was made available very quickly when the previous one was not functioning properly. Thank you, very much! Would definitely stay here upon a return visit to the island.

What an amazing stay! The location was pristine! Very local and a short drive to any restaurant. An even shorter walk to the near by beach. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, everything was just as provided in the description! Nancy was amazing with communication and made sure we had everything we needed before we left home and made the trip! I would 10/10 stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Kauai! ❤️

ZERO notes!!! This place was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The ocean view is worth the price if its available! Hot tub was amazing after long hikes. So nice to have multiple restaurants (shoutout to the amazing food and crew at BVs) and coffee options a short walk away. Perfect halfway point between Waimea on the South end and the Napali Coast on the Northside. We'll be back next April/May!!!

Cozy, clean, comfortable and classy efficiency apartment. Stunning vintage marble floor inlays. I forgot to inform my husband this was a one-room studio; he was disappointed in the tight living/sleeping quarters, but adjusted quickly. The space is well laid out, larger bathroom. Beautiful landscape and views. All residents were quiet; only the roosters were noisy at 6:15 am. Shauna & Jeff were responsive, provided detailed instructions & are very organized. Great stay!
