Nearest town is Winton 12 mins away , with supermarket and a choice of places to eat at or get a takeaway. A base for mountains, lakes or beach 2 hr from Queenstown, 45 min from Invercargill, 1hr 10 mins from Te Anau, 35 min Riverton beach.

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. You're only a five-minute walk from Windsor shopping centre which has a New World supermarket, pharmacy, boutique stores, bank, Pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, with the beautiful Queens Park a ten-minute walk away. The newly revamped city centre is a ten-minute drive away. Please note the guesthouse is beside our garage (which we use).

Welcome to our newly built self contained unit on our Southland sheep farm. The unit is a magical spot where you are completely separate and private. It contains a queen bed, a small kitchen with a cooktop and microwave. There is a new BBQ located outside which you are welcome to use for cooking. There is a large well appointed bathroom and a nice private outdoor area to enjoy a drink, catch up on emails or read a book.
