Perfect for a getaway all year round with outdoor areas and BBQ, large windows and an indoor, double-sided fireplace. We are 5 minutes from the very beautiful Whakaipo Bay, a quiet spot to walk or have a swim. You can also enjoy plenty of bush walks around the area. Hairdryer/toiletries/iron not provided

Beautifully appointed guest suite, separate from the main house and with breathtaking panoramic views over the lake, a stay at Fantail Loft is the perfect antidote to the stresses of life. Sit and relax, listening to the birdsong, or take a short stroll down the hill to sheltered Otumutu Lagoon, a perfect spot to kayak and swim. Explore the stunning forest trails by bike or on foot, or take a trip over the lake to soak in the hot pools. Laundry and secure bike storage provided in the garage.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Just a stone’s throw from the CBD, and a leisurely 10 minute walk to Skyline Skyrides, Canopy Tours and the local supermarket. Welcome to Te Kāinga Rangimārie, the house of peace and harmony! I am offering a quiet accommodation on a 2ha lifestyle property that supports a sustainable, self-sufficient life and has breathtaking lake views. The AirBnB is a unit next to the main house for up to 4 people, ideal for a couple or family with kids. The unit has a bathroom and basic kitchenette items, the main kitchen is shared with me in the main house. I have 3 large dogs that are very friendly and love guests.

The world renowned Redwoods and mountain biking are an easy ride away, while the gondolas, luge and the many beautiful tourist attractions and pristine lakes are just a short drive by car.

Bring your boat for trout fishing, trips to the lake-side hot mineral pools and exploring the lake.
