A 2nd DETACHED room as an additional bedroom is available (see photo, fees apply) The cottage is equipped with microwave, stove top, toaster, kettle and basic utensils to prepare a simple meal. Chloe was a great host. The accommodation was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and Chloe even had the heat pump on to warm the place up before we arrived on a very cold weekend. :) Lovely peaceful location on the edge of the town but only moments away from the main street, where the supermarket, pubs and bakeries will sort out your hospitality requirements. Plenty of space in the lounge to stretch out. Shower had plenty of pressure which was welcomed.

One of the nicest places my husband and I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable in such a lovely setting. Our host was available if necessary and provided some essentials when we first arrived which was really appreciated. Very comfortable beds and had everything needed to enjoy our stay. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, the beds were super cozy, and we really appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet still close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and friendly throughout. It really felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and convenient place to stay. We absolutely loved our stay here. Sandra is an incredible host and had thought of everything to make our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast goodies left for us were amazing especially the free range eggs. The bed was amazing and the extra pillows provided was next level. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Waimate
