Gorgeous mountain views overlooking the ski area situated perfectly to enjoy all Vermont has to offer along with a cozy gas fireplace to enjoy after a long day of skiing. The home features a layout perfect for families or wedding guests coupled with a fully equipped kitchen and a plethora of sleeping arrangements.

Located just above Sugarbush village, this perfectly situated home lets you make the most of your time in Warren, VT. The 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the ideal retreat for a family vacation, wedding party, or a long-term stay in the valley. It is a 5-minute walk to the Village Run ski trail. Recently renovated, we now have 2 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen bed & fireplace and a 6-person bunk room and a 3rd full bathroom.

The Mountain House

Come enjoy all that the Mad River Valley has to offer! Our new construction home is ready for you to relax in with family and friends. The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to Waitsfield.

Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.
