Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wakayama

We had a great stay at Kaki House Rm 202. It was spacious for 2pax - we could lay out our 2 large suitcases open & still had plenty of space to walk on. We stayed at the bnb for 2weeks & it had everything we needed. Having a washing machine plus the bathroom's dryer function really helped us in doing laundry. We were able to stock up bentos in the fridge then heat it up in the microwave when it's time to eat. The kitchen sink was huge so it was easy to wash up plates, chopsticks, & mugs. The listing was located very near train stations (less than a min walk to the subway or a 10min walk to the JR line) which made it so convenient. There was a 24hr store nearby that sold Japanese food in bentos - we found ourselves buying from them more than the konbini since the food tasted like a home-cooked meal plus they were very cheap. The neighborhood was residential w/ a sprinkle of izakayas around so dont be surprised if you see a lot of drunks. The host was very accomodating and responsive.

This Airbnb was excellent! The location couldn’t be better—super close to Temma Station, making it easy to commute to Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. For those self-catering, there are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and Temma Station is just a short walk away from Donki and Tamade offering cheap snacks and food. The place itself was very comfortable—great bath, toilet, and shower, plus a handy washer and dryer. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief in the summer heat. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay in Osaka! The neighbourhood itself is very local, close to Tenjinbashi shopping street - much better than downtown Dotonbori.

离地铁站很近，走路能到通天阁、心斋桥，梅田也是15分钟车程左右。房东有问必答，回复及时！房间宽敞，带有厨房，方便煮食。

We loved staying in Taro's apartment! We instantly felt at home. Everything was selected and arranged with love, and the apartment's location was perfect!

We had a very nice time staying at this place. Great location, all amenities that you need. Keiko is an amazing host, always responsive and proactive. We will recommend this apartment to all our friends travelling to Osaka.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Taketo , il est très serviable et toujours souriant. 😀 Merci 🙏 encore. L’appartement et les descriptions sont conformes a ce qui est décrit dans l’annonce . L’appartement se situe à quelques minutes de la gare à pied, nous avons même fait le trajet avec nos valises. 🧳 Le seul point d’attention est le bruit de la circulation mais Taketo a tout prévu ! Des bouchons d’oreille sont à disposition !

A fantastic location, walking distance to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment that the Namba area of Osaka has to offer. While being close to the center of everything, it is still private enough to be quiet at night for a peaceful night's rest. The host was responsive to all of our needs. One thing to note is that the unit is two stories, with a steep spiral staircase as the only means of access to the master bedroom. So, you may need to consider if it is suitable for seniors and/or children in your group.

Nice clean cozy little apartment about 10 min walk south/southwest of Namba. Host is very warm and has welcoming. The wifi was insanely fast and the AC worked well. Appreciated the washing machine and the drying ability in the bathroom. Perfect for one or two people to explore Osaka.

Amazing traditional Japanese style home with amazing shower. Highly recommend the home, the location is in an area with not much to do though. We stayed here for Nachi falls, which is about 30min away. If you are looking for a place to unwind after big city life this place is perfect.

We spent 8 nights in Osaka, and Tony's place was perfect. Nakatsu station is ~5 minutes from the house, and you can get anywhere from there. Tony was phenomenal, meeting us when we arrived, showing us how everything operated at his place, and then taking us to the train station on our departure day. Tony is great and his place is great. I could not imagine staying anywhere else now. Phenomenal host. Honestly, the best we've ever had, and we've had great hosts. Book now!

We had a wonderful stay at Taki's place with 2 adults and 2 kids. Everything was nice, clean absolutely 5* stay. Near to train station. We loved the place so much and we will come back again!

Great place and friendly host . They’ve provided free snacks and drinks. They’ve given us free car ride to the nearest station. Definitely would recommend this place for a peaceful stay.

Likte stedet veldig godt. Rolig området, litt utenfor der det skjer, men samtidig bare få minutter til stasjonen. Enkelt når man ankommer med Shinkansen, siden man bare kan gå. Stedet var også veldig fint og kult. Sengen var digg. Anbefales.

很漂亮的海边两层住宅，房子内部的所有地方都可以用一尘不染来形容，所有的电器设施都很便利（第一次使用可以唱歌的微波炉呢😊），让我们感受到了房主对房子的细心维护和待客的态度。门口100米左右的公交车站可以到达很多地方，包括车站，所以交通上是比较方便的。民宿离海边非常的近，最后一天我和朋友们在窗外看到了非常漂亮的夕阳，尖叫着跑到三段壁观景台拍了很多照片，这会是我们非常珍惜的回忆！

Junko’s place is beautiful and incredibly well decorated. Every aspect is taken care of to make you feel cozy and welcome. Junko was very kind and welcomed us with a ride from the train station and a tour of the place. The place is located in a very beautiful part of the country, with lots of temples, shrines, and scenic routes nearby. We also were able to easily do daytrips to Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka.

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Lovely clean place right in the heart of Osakas Dottonburi district, close to everything and right near the station so it was just perfect. Great communication and easy to find, would totally recommend. Thank you Sakura 😊

Great value for a quiet stay in a traditional neighborhood just off the subway line. Easy access to rest of city. Apartment was spacious and provided a traditional Japanese living experience. Would stay again.

整體來說不錯！廚房用具齊全，基本生活物品也有，民宿老闆也很友善，幫忙搬行李上樓！但是有數處地方我認為可以提及，首先浴室調節水溫度的設備較為複雜，一開始沒有搞明白，用了15分鐘以上才調到暖水（先往冷水調，再慢慢移動熱水，就有暖水了）。第二是雖然離最近的地鐵站出入口只有4分鐘路程，但是有升降機的出入口距離8分鐘，稍微有點不方便。

지역 이름 그대로 살기좋고, 길게 있고싶은곳 언젠가, 살거나 길게 여행을 하게되면 나가이공원 주변에서 꼭 머물고싶다는 생각이 항상 있었습니다. 휴직을 하고, 드디어 용기를내서 왔네요. 운이 좋게도 이 숙소가 있어서, 선택하게 되었어요. 숙소에 대해선 사실 세탁기만 있으면 다 없어도OK 라는 생각이었는데, TV, 레인지, 세탁기, 에어컨까지 다 있어서 너무좋았어요. 불만이 전혀 없어서 숙소 내부에 대해 뭔가 가득가득 쓰고싶어도 떠오르는게 없네요. 호스트는 오사카사람 그 자체입니다. 활기차고, 웃음이 많은 밝은사람이며, 모두와 금방 친해지는 사람이에요. 숙소 관리자와 같이 밥먹는걸 경험해본적 없었는데, 함께 밥도먹고, 사소한 일상적인 대화도 하며, 덕분에 즐거운 시간이었어요. 무언가가 필요하거나 부족한 부분이 없는지 항상 확인해줍니다. 혹시 오시는분이 일본어나 영어를 못하더라도, 통역어플이 있으니까 어떻게든 도와줄거에요. "외국어는 다른나라의 말이니까 어쩔수없이 틀릴수밖에 없으니까, 틀리더라도 좌절하지않고 꾸준히 쓰며 익숙해지면된다" 라는 생각의 호스트라서, 정말 멋있다고 생각합니다. 예정때문에 지금은 잠시 나고야로 이동했지만, 당장이라도 돌아가고싶을정도로 여전히 생각나는 지역이고 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 지역의 사람들도 친절하며 웃음이 많아요. 함께있으면 미소짓게되는 분위기의 사람들이 사는 동네이고, 항상 조용한 분위기의 마을이지만, 주말이나 스포츠경기가 있는날은 활기넘치는 마을이 됩니다.

The accommodations were excellent and Aoi-San was very responsive. You can't beat the location with access to Dotenbori and Kuromon steps away. Train station is about 3-5 minutes depending on which line you need to catch and Namba Walk shopping was a nice surprise. Highly recommend staying here and will do so again without hesitation.

Matsukun's place is perfect for a family of three adults. It is located right next to the Osaka Subway station - Daikokucho on the Midosuji line and one stop away from Namba ( the main shopping drag and the way to the Glico man). There are lots of restaurants and eating options around the house - we often visited the Life Supermarket and enjoyed sushi at Kura Sushi ( all within walking distance). The house was neat and clean and had every thing we needed (family of 3 adults). Matsukun was very responsive and prompt in responding to my information requests. We enjoyed our week in Osaka and Matsukun's house was the best home base for us. Five stars.
