A renovated longhouse on the grounds of a 700-year-old important cultural property, Horie House. The exterior is purely Japanese, but the interior is completely modern. Air conditioning, beds, kitchen, large unit bath, etc. You can have a comfortable stay. Folding beds will be used for the 5th guest and beyond. For dinner, you can enjoy a luxurious dinner of gibier cuisine (special venison roast, etc.) at the restaurant in the important cultural property building (reservation required). You can also enjoy a BBQ in the garden for ¥3980 per person. Breakfast is ¥1,100. Pets are also allowed. It will be ¥4,400 per night. We installed a piano in the room. Feel free to play it. You can play until morning. No complaints. It is an accommodation on the grounds of the Imperial Palace, where the four emperors, including Emperor Go-Daigo, lived. Listen to the babbling of the river and look at the starry sky. There is a remnant of the Goshin Line right next to it. Perfect for crossing bridges, going through tunnels, and taking walks! A renovated single-story traditional house along the Yoshino River in Nara Prefecture. It is located in a quiet environment rich in nature, where you can feel the changes of the four seasons. It is a shared space with the host, but the shared spaces are the entrance, living and dining room, and kitchen, and the private spaces such as the bedroom, toilet, and shower room are for guests only. The guest room and host's private room are separated, so you don't have to worry about the noise of daily life. The price includes a TKG breakfast made with local ingredients. You can also have a barbecue, campfire, or fireworks in the garden. You can do laundry freely during your stay, and you can use the drying area and dryer for free. Limited to one group per day. Available for 1 to 8 people. Children up to 2 years old sleeping side by side with parents stay for free. Your furry friends can also stay indoors with you as usual. It is a quiet house surrounded by mountains and the sea. Please relax and unwind from your travels while listening to the chirping of small birds. If you close your eyes, you can hear the chirping of various small birds. (Especially in the morning) There is a beach within 2-3 minutes on foot, where you can enjoy swimming and fishing. The room is locked, so your privacy is assured. I like Japanese art and collect it, so I'll be happy to show it to anyone who's interested. Free parking is available for those coming by car. I renovated my parents' house, which was a vacant house, and made the entire second floor available for one group per day. Breakfast boasts handmade items made with local vegetables. It has a large veranda and the view from there is amazing. You can also see Mt. Takano. You can also experience Matcha green tea. (1000 yen per person) You can experience delicious manju buns and bitter Matcha green tea. There is also a pizza oven, and you can also have a pizza making experience (dinner). For dinner, you can choose between "pizza made in the pizza making experience", "cheese fondue", "yakiniku", or "octopus dough balls". Dinner is 2,000 yen per person. If you would like to have dinner or a matcha green tea experience, please contact us at least 3 days in advance for us to prepare the ingredients. There is also a hot spring facility, Yunosato, a 7-8 minute walk away. I recommend Yunosato for those who want to slowly warm up in the bathtub. Koyasan is about 40 minutes from the nearest station. You can reach Mt. Takano in about 50 minutes by car. The autumn leaves of Mt. Takano are very beautiful. Why not relax in a peaceful countryside home?

This place is on the back side of Mt. Nachi and is not very close to Kumano Kodo. Due to many customers canceling, please check the location again before booking. Japanese houses are designed to suit Japan's climate (warm and humid). Therefore, it is cold in winter because it is not airtight. Please refrain from staying if you are looking for the comfort of hotel. Recommended for those who want to experience traditional Japanese rural life. Including dinner and breakfast.

Entire rent building old,wild lodge”Kumoma”

It is a lodge in the mountain which refurbished the old building and has a stay production base for artists. The name of the lodge is "Kumoma". Our lodge is in Koguchi village, which is located in the mountains between Hongu and Nachi. It is popular with hikers on the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route. For breakfast, we serve simple things such as toast, drinks, fruits, etc. It is rare in the mountains,but you can buy some food because the small shop is in front of you.

This is a private rental inn in an old private house renovated by the children of the free school "Kuma Nobi" with crowdfunding. By staying here, you will be supporting the free school. Please relax in an environment surrounded by nature. It is located 10 minutes by car from Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine, and we can pick you up and drop you off. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Meals are not included, but a set of homemade bread is included for breakfast.
