Minnalong Cottage This lovely one-bedroom, private cottage is set on a working horse property. It is perfect for a couple's getaway or single traveller to explore the beautiful Hunter Valley. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

Palm Cottage is located close to the lake and is a great base to explore vineyards, mountains, beaches, the city of Newcastle and so much more. Through day you might like to try your luck at a spot of fishing from our jetty or enjoy a stroll down the main street looking through the boutique shops of Toronto 2 minutes away. A row of gourmet cafe/restaurants that face the lake.

The 'miner's cottage' is an authentic and charming 130-year old home tucked away in the village of Mulbring, and 25 minutes to the Hunter Valley wineries. With original cottage features, combustion fireplace and north facing established gardens and private salt water pool, the miner's cottage is a peaceful, restorative and artsy place to get away. Head out to experience the Hunter Valley food and wine, or simply stay in to write, paint, cook and relax.

Fully self contained studio with private entrance. Suitable for couples, solo or business travellers. The studio is 15 minutes walk to the lake and pedestrian cycleway. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby. By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara.
