The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

This was our second stay here - the home is very comfortable and the back yard is a veritable oasis if the weather cooperates. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Hampden.

This was a great find and was just as advertised. There is also a free bus service that we used to cross town. It was great not having to drive!

Super nice place. Probably the most well stocked place we’ve stayed at. Walkable to everything and still in a quiet location. Bathroom was spacious and clean! Hot tub in the courtyard was a nice touch. Parking was a little short to come by but we always found a spot on Baltimore St right next to Patterson Park. Charmed Coffee was a great place for coffee and breakfast…dog friendly! 10/10.

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

This place is a great homebase if you’re exploring Washington/Arlington. King Street is just down the road, so there is a huge variety of places to eat nearby. There are a lot of little extras (shampoos, and cooking ingredients and the like) that aren’t listed, but are available. Super convenient.

This place is fantastic. We came down with a party of 8 adults and had plenty of space for a long weekend. Clean, comfortable, perfect location for access to the RFK Festival Grounds, and all in a cute neighborhood. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, including being very accommodating to our ever changing travel plans. I would happily book here again!

I can’t speak highly enough of this Airbnb - it’s among the very best. Ideal location, pretty surroundings, quiet and peaceful, and extremely modern and comfortable. Everything is perfect. It’s the ideal location for Alexandria or for accessing DC more generally. Chuck is a very considerate host and very helpful and quick to respond. The interior is delightful. The bathroom is especially attractive. Would love to stay again.

Me and my parents loooved this place. It would be perfect if it had a TV and the living room light was working all right, but since we didn't stay in a lot everything was great. The neighborhood was super clean and safe for walking around, it was located very close to a capital bike station and a train station which helped a lot since we weren't driving. It was also pretty close to a Target and other stores. The house was really clean compared to other Airbnb houses I've been to. It's perfect for people that are travelling with kids. They provide a cooking top, utensils, coffee and basic seasonings so you can easily make a meal. We would definitely rent it again!

A little misleading with the description as it’s an apartment under a townhome rather than an entire townhome. However, we had a great stay and it was the perfect location for us! The street parking was extremely easy and the space felt very bright and updated. Would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in DC!

The apartment was super peaceful and cozy, it's obvious that Jessica is a very thoughtful host based on the items and amenities that are available. It didn't take much doing to feel comfortable. Travelling from Jamaica, I felt at ease because of how accommodating and responsive Jessica was to any questions or requests I had. I will definitely be booking another stay if I ever visit Maryland again.

A great place to stay in the North Beach area! About a 10 minutes walk to the bay and some yummy restaurants. The house was as described and was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Would absolutely visit again.

Beautiful home! Beautiful host! A lot of attractions around. Olive was so welcoming and responds very quickly! Day two she reached out to ensure everything was OK and if I needed help with anything. when I’m back in town I’d definitely re-book. I’ve saved this as one of my favorites. Thus far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in!

This home is a whole vibe. From the layout to the decor, the detailed touches and personalized feeling you get once you’re inside is unexplainable. Absolutely gorgeous and they really have thought about everything, to include local emergency numbers and contact info, first aid kits and even choice of ground and whole bean coffee. The host was so gracious and helpful the entire time. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Our stay at Luis’s place in Hyattsville was absolutely lovely! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. Luis was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and clearly takes pride in creating a comfortable space for his guests. The unit itself was a charming little retreat, tucked away with a cozy walkway that made it feel like our own private hideaway. Inside, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom was impressively well-stocked with all the essentials (and then some!), which was such a thoughtful touch. We especially loved how peaceful the neighborhood felt, yet we were only a quick 20-minute drive from the heart of D.C. It was the perfect home base for our city adventures, and such a comforting place to return to after a long day of exploring.

Kelly was a pleasure to do business with. She welcomed us, asked if we needed anything and if everything was ok. The apartment was beautiful. Highly recommended and hopefully I can get it again next year😃
