House has historic charm, located on the edge of Frederick's historic downtown and very close to Frederick Memorial Hospital. Photos don't do it justice, space is larger than it appears, new paint in kitchen. Large backyard, outdoor seating.

Tania's home is lovely & impeccably clean. The room is very comfortable and she has thought of every little thing you may need in the bedroom and bath. Parking is easy & I was able to walk and bike to the shops and parks. The neighborhood is strictly residential.

Mary was a great host. The room had everything we needed, and the fridge was filled with water bottles which we appreciated. She took time to talk with us and show us the grounds even though she was very busy with some projects. This is a very quiet area, being a farmhouse on many acres.

Jose is a detail oriented host with quick efficient replies. The spot was perfect for a single or couple. Kitchen was spotless and had a Keurig and anything you would require if you wanted to cook for yourself. The neighborhood is safe and close to so many places to eat. This was a fantastic stay. This home is far away from the hustle and bustle, and very peaceful. Their horses and dogs love to come up and say hi. Norma and Patrick have continental breakfast set up for the guests, and they have experience with hosting since the very early days of Airbnb. Getting packages delivered from Amazon was a breeze here. Also, Civil War battlefields are in proximity to this home. I found some rigorous hiking trails and feasted at great restaurants afterwards. During my stay I learned a lot from Patrick about Civil War history.
