This "farmhouse" style cottage is typical of homestead homes in the area. This is a modest historic home that began as a school house. Kadoka is a safe, quiet ranching community on the edge of the Badlands and I90. You will be 20 miles from the entrance to the Badlands National Park, 35 miles from Wall drug and 90 Miles from the Black Hills & Rapid City. This is a small community ( pop700 ). Late in the day or weekends can be very sleepy, limited amenities, but no traffic! Safe for solo.

Grandma's House in the Heart of the Black Hills

Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. Quiet country house with amazing views

Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, deer strolling through the yard, hear the coyotes howl, amazing views of the stars, peaceful and quiet. Located 7 miles from interstate 90 about halfway between Rapid City and the black hills and Wall, SD and the badlands. The last 2 miles to house is a gravel road. We continue to make improvements, now have a 3rd and 4th bedrooms located in the basement, one with queen size bed, other with full size bed , both rooms have egress windows for safety

The tiny house of Wasta with lots of character

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The tiny house is not an actual tiny house, a one bedroom with 1 queen bed, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Lazy boy reclining love seat, and a lazy boy recliner (very comfortable) for watching a movie in front of a faux fireplace. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. The microwave is air fryer/microwave. Enjoy your evening/morning sitting on the covered porch with your favorite beverage.

The upstairs of our home is owner-occupied, but the entire downstairs is very private and all yours with its own entrance to come and go as you please!
