House holiday rentals in Walton County

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool—clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The location was great—peaceful but still close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went perfectly. Highly recommend this Airbnb, especially if you’re looking for a place with a great pool and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Dr. K's home was beautiful. From the moment we pulled into the neighborhood everything was peaceful and amazing. We entered the home and it was just as described in the listing. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable as well as the couches. We will stay here again the next time we are on Georgia!!!

We had a fantastic time. There were a few issues like the pool light being out and the kitchen utensils being broken. However, when I contacted the owner he was extremely responsive and worked to resolve the issue immediately. We are already talking about a return trip later this year or early next year. We can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This place was wonderful! We spent Memorial Day weekend and several days after. The views were amazing! We loved the option of having a pool available as well as the lake. We took advantage of the boat rentals twice while we were there. The host was kind and responsive. We are thinking of coming back next year!

Our family of 7 traveled to GA for a wedding May 2025. The house was so comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. Our kids loved that there was a pool, and our host even provided plenty of clean beach towels. The home is large and comfortable, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We loved going to Bread & Butter Café and grabbing essentials from Kroger. We loved our stay and will absolutely book again if we are ever in GA.

We really enjoyed chuck and Kelly’s place! They had the house fully stocked with everything that you would need. Loved the furniture and decor, and the couch was unbelievably comfortable. Loved all the extra blankets too ! The vanity in the bedroom was a huge bonus for my teenage daughter and I! The only thing my two older kids recommended is TVs in the other 2 bedrooms 🤣 your place was great ! And we loved the location. We were there for several things, one being the vampire diaries stuff. If you’re looking for a place to stay to enjoy the stuff from the show this is perfect. Loved the area, and communication and check in was great ! Thanks again for hosting us chuck and Kelly!

Beautiful home outside and inside and spacious. We would book this home again Deborah was amazing if we had any questions or concerns she would respond in a timely matter the check out instructions was easy. My family of 7 really enjoyed this place.

This house was great. Very comfortable, cozy, and clean. Checking in was a breeze, and checking out was fast and easy with just a very short list of to-do's. Kevin was a great host. I only needed to contact him a few times and he was quick to respond. He even checked in on us to make sure we still had power when a severe storm rolled through and caused short term power outages in the area. We felt that was thoughtful and considerate of him, and we appreciated it. From the home to our dealings with Kevin, the host, it was an all around great experience.

Great location for our nieces wedding at the Carl house. Appreciate the queen sized beds instead of twins or bunk beds. Plenty of room to spread out. Positive experience overall!

This was a peaceful and comfortable stay in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. The listing was exactly as described; light, airy, and thoughtfully arranged. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for my dog to run and relax, and the space overall made it easy to unwind and rest. It’s clear the host put care into making the home welcoming and functional. Communication was quick and helpful, and they were very considerate throughout the stay. The area felt safe and relaxing, and I really appreciated the calm vibe after a long day. Would definitely stay again!

Kinship cottage was a great, spacious place for us to stay with our family. There was plenty of room and the location was great for running to the store or local donut shop 😉 They were very friendly with fast communication! Thank you so much!!

Loved our stay in Statham at Jenny and Tony’s rental! We were an extended family in the area for a wedding. The space was exactly what we needed. The deck was perfect for gathering outside and spending time together. With five rooms and four bathrooms, there wasn’t always space to change and get ready. Would highly recommend for large gatherings when you want to just get away from it all and relax!

Nice place! The beds were very comfortable with good linens. The kitchen was well supplied with coffee, filters & tea! We will definitely book again.

Great stay the family did not want to leave wish the place was available for our entire stay. The lake is beautiful and the area is peaceful we got great nights sleep and everything you would need to cook and do laundry is available with clear instructions. Everything is updated in the home and reflects the photos depicted. Great co-host communication We will be back!!

Meccah's home is very comfortable and set up nicely and in a way that makes sense. We were at a dog show for long hours and ate out, so mostly came back to shower and sleep. The water pressure and temperature was great and the heat was set at a perfect temperature so we didn't need to adjust the thermostat. The backyard has a sweet gum tree that drops spikey seed balls but our dogs managed okay. My only issue was with the driveway which is at a dramatic incline for a south Florida resident! We had a small box trailer that would have grounded out getting up the driveway but we were able to leave it at the dog show grounds so that worked out fine The sofa was very comfortable and I even fell asleep on it!

Excellent place to stay if you’re in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. Host was wonderful and helpful. Will recommend anybody to stay here if in the area again I will reach out back to her and stay there again.

Jnissi was polite, kind, understanding, and responsive. After my original flight was canceled I contacted her to say I would be in after midnight. She was understanding and that helped me stay level headed about my travel delays knowing I still had a place to lay my head when I got in. That meant a lot to me. The neighborhood was beautiful and much closer to my event than I realized, making the trip even better than expected!
