The area is great for hunting deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. Mt. Vernon & Rend Lake have a golf course. It is about 5 min from a Rend Lake boat ramp(Waltonville, Turnip Patch, Jackie Branch). Rend Lake S Sandusky Beach is about 20 miles. A discount is given for long term stays. It is about 13 miles south of Mt. Vernon, 7 miles from Nason, & 8 miles north of Sesser. It is located near restaurants & gas stations. I have a folder on the table with some local restaurants with menu & location.

This cabin is located on our 20 acre property, less than 10 minutes from Rend Lake, I57 access, and public hunting land and within 1 hour of the Shawnee National Forest. Its a 12x20 studio cabin with 1 full bed and 1 twin foam couch. We don't allow pets.

The Spillway Cabins are new construction with new everything! Our little slice of heaven is yours to explore and enjoy. Each cabin(west and east) have 2 br/2bth, hot tub, gas grill, Starlink internet, large flatscreen TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, and fire pits! From the south side of the cabins you will find a pathway that will take you through our 7 acres of woods and down to a lakeside pergola that has comfortable outdoor furniture, a bar, and view of our beloved Centralia Lake and spillway.

With less than 5 miles to the nearest boat ramp, this home is great for those who want to fish on Rend Lake (our area is great for hunting, too). Hardwood floors, porcelain tile (including a heated bathroom floor), leather furniture and a gas fireplace make the inside clean and relaxing. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, master bed room has queen size bed, second bedroom has full size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Large master bath with large soaking tub and shower.
