If you're looking for a place to take a NDIS participant for respite whilst keeping their daily routine and building life skills this little flat is perfect. Would not reccomend for Participants with mobility issues. It melted my heart when my participant said "I can see myself living in a place like this". Linen was clean, towels were Sheridan and kitchen had all the appliances to make home cooked meals. the private patio was a bonus to watch the birds in the morning. Location near Erina fair or Bateau bay square. So easily could buy supplies. Definitely coming back again.

We loved our stay. The apartment was set up so well for our family of 4, we really appreciated the toys, portacot and high chairs. The beach is directly behind the apartment unit as described. David & Rose were so helpful and had great communication. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Our family and pup loved our time at Janine's place. Spacious, well decorated, beautiful gardens, everything you could possibly need to have fun and relax! The kids had fun on the outdoor play equipment, playing with sports gear, board games and jigsaws. Even kyack's to use on the lagoon! Appreciate the chill holiday vibe continued to the very end with a relaxed midday check out. Thanks Janine!

We arrived from a long trip with grumpy kids around dinner time and Tara had left some cheese, bickies and wine for us which was perfect to ease that post-family road trip tension 😂 we straight away put the record player on started having some fun. There were books to read to the kids at night, local cafe is divine, location is beach front!!! Kids loved having picnics on the grassy area infront of beach. Tara has a great book for guidance in the area. Great hospitality!

Jay’s place was perfect for my daughter and I for a 3 night stay. Great, quiet location and it was easy for me to work for a day using the adjustable coffee table. Great to have some pantry staples on hand and the place was super clean and homely. Thanks so much - would definitely recommend Jay as a host and the Treehouse.

First impressions count. And this property impressed. Number 4, of 17 Calias in Wamberal, delivered all that we needed for our short break from Sydney. Mod cons, a cracking view with all that nature provides in full view, and a host, Peter, whom demonstrated a warm and welcoming vibs that was above and beyond. Very Satisfied with the service, the space and the location. Highly Recommended

The granny flat is at the bottom of the garden of the main house. There is easy parking on the street and you enter via the family driveway, through the garden to find the unit. The unit is stand alone from the main house and has its own lockable door. Inside the photos are as shown on Airbnb. The bedroom has a good comfortable bed, 2 side tables and hanging space for clothes. The bathroom is a decent size with a nice shower. The kitchen has microwave, fridge, dishwasher & electric oven. The kitchen was equipped for cooking but there is no dining table - a bench with 2 bar stools and an outside table for eating is available. There is a small couch & TV. The house is in a safe residential area and is a 20 minute walk into Terrigal that has a nice beach & restaurants. The local beach is accessible approximately 5/10 minute walk from the house - so you do not have to drive everywhere if that’s not your thing.
