Apartment holiday rentals in Wan Chai District

We had a wonderful stay at Daisy's apartment in Happy Valley. Happy valley is an unique neighborhood on Hong Kong Island - it is not as densely populated as in other neighborhoods, but it is close to the major attractions like race course, central, wan chai and causeway bay. Daisy's apartment is close to many excellent bakeries and restaurants, it is walking distance to the race course so we can enjoy walking on the race course walking path everyday. Her apartment is clean, kitchen is well equipped, and I am most impressed by her book collection - i wish i have time to just sit and read one of the books on her bookshelf! it is a very relaxing place. thank you for sharing this beautiful apartment with us.

Spacious 3 bedrooms, perfect location, easy access.

Samy's place was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and Samy was super responsive to all my questions. This is a "classic" airbnb. You're staying in someone's home rather than an investment property meant for short-term rentals. With that said, I felt comfortable in the home and it was a great base for a week while visiting family! Would stay again!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Fantastic location 5min from Causeway Bay MTR. Shops include Circle K, 7-Eleven, Maria's bakery (excellent), ParknShop and Wellcome (8min) which had fresh prepared fruit and meals. Clear arrival instructions & communication. Friendly building front-desk who would say hello. There are two lifts for odd/even floors & stairs. Quiet, polite residents and no disruption. Building safe, secure & no smoke smell. Apartment was clean with good showers. Great city view! Recommend guests bring ear plugs to help sleep with the traffic noise as location is busy. Effective aircon in each bedroom. A bathroom water heater was fixed promptly same-day, much appreciated. WiFi reliable. Beds ok size, nice bedding and firm mattresses. Kitchen was good with a nice cold fridge. We miss HK already and would stay at Tom's place again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. My room was clean and had everything I needed. I was even offered a coffee machine to use which was a nice touch. The apartment is well located near the MTR and trams so it made getting around HK very easy.

Monica is a friendly and responsive host who made our stay seamless from the start. Her clear instructions for the key handover were very helpful, and her thoughtful touches, like Christmas decorations and a gift, made us feel right at home. The apartment is in a great location, with a tram providing easy access to Causeway Bay and Central, where you can connect to the MTR. It’s a very convenient base for exploring Hong Kong. The space is perfect for two people, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Monica also ensured we had ample storage for our belongings. We had a wonderful experience and would happily book Monica’s apartment again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

We had a great stay. Location is accessible to MTR, shops, restaurant. Beds are so comfy that we almost over slept. Overall experience was good.

Easy check in and convenient location. Alot of buses pass by and a close walk to the train station. Apartment is clean and tidy as well. Will definitely come back to stay!

George's place is located right in the heart of the Hong Kong city, very convenient to go anywhere with various means of transportation. The place looks exactly like what is shown in the photos, it's small but functional and you have everything you need. George is a wonderful host, very responsive and I'm happy to spend my time at this place for the past month.

The house is clean and tidy, making people feel comfortable and relaxed, a perfect experience, I wish the host family always healthy and happy.

Henri’s flat is neat,cozy and with convenient transportation. And I had an amazing experience in Hong Kong. Highly recommend it to all of you !!!!!!!!

Really lovely apartment in Causeway Bay. Close to 2 MTR stations as well as lots of shops and restaurants. The only downfall of the apartment was the stairs up. The lock system was easy to use to access the flat, however, the host was slow in providing the code for check-in. Some of the towels smelt slightly damp, but other than that amazing experience.

Great location, trains and buses are just a short walk away. The place was clean and easily accessible, highly recommend!

Jacques's apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is about a 10-minute walk from a metro station. If you want to get a feel for what it's like to stay in Hong Kong, it's just the right apartment and an alternative to the hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to book the place and would stay there again myself if I am back in Hong Kong.

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

A highly recommended place to stay is where I would choose and recommend to others again. This place is not far from Hong Kong University, suitable for those who want to visit Hong Kong University, the subway station needs to walk a bit, but it is not far, but there are many bus and tram stations nearby, and it is convenient to get around. The host will prepare you a check-in guide PPT, there is a feeling of being taken seriously, the PPT will tell you about the use of the home equipment, the food recommendations around the neighborhood and some check-in requirements, it is simple and straightforward. I think what attracted me the most is the feeling of home, from the size to the layout and the choice of furniture, like I am here in Hong Kong to fight for a short stay that I will choose for a while, although I just come to play for a few days, and the actual check-in and pictures are basically consistent. The host was also very polite and spoke well, however since the time of the arrival was a working day in Hong Kong, the response was not very timely, there was a similar situation with other places I stayed, but the host who had already calculated a quick response, advised to communicate with the host earlier if there was an urgent matter. The equipped washing machine, air conditioning, toilet and shower are good, and even a small display can be used.The only thing that is not very good is the water dispenser, the first night I came to find it out of order, hot and cold water can not be taken, but the host has another hot water kettle that can be used, although I still prefer to drink cold water directly.

We had a great time with two cats🐶 and one dog! The host was also very polite and we had a pleasant time!

The location was great at this airbnb and was very close to Sai Ping Yun Mtr station. The apartment had an amazing view of the Hong Kong sky line and harbour. There were lots of shops and places to eat close by or just a short Mtr ride away. This apartment suited our families needs for our visit to Hong Kong. Hubby enjoyed making use of the gym but unfortunatley the pool was closed as it was winter. The kitchen now has a microwave and oven for any future guests. The hosts were very helpful with any queries we had.
