Abendsonne vacation apartment - Right on the beach

Unsere Ferienwohnung Abendsonne liegt ebenerdig direkt am Strand auf der wunderschönen autofreien Nordseeinsel Wangerooge. Die Nichtraucherwohnung ist 26 qm groß und ist perfekt für 2 Personen geeignet. Hunde sind willkommen. Sie hat einen gemütlichen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit einer bequemen Schlafcouch und dem Zugang zum windgeschützten Südbalkon. Die Küche ist separat. Im Tageslichtbad findet ihr eine Dusche mit tiefem Einstieg. Gerne nutzt die hauseigene kostenpflichtige Sauna und den Indoorpool.

Lighthouse Studio Wangerooge

Das „Lighthousestudio“ ist ein besonderes Juwel und einzigartig in der Gestaltung und Ausstattung. 2021 umfangreich saniert Landhausdielen und neuem Badezimmer wurden auf 31 qm eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung geschaffen: großzügig, hell und offen. Highlight ist die Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick auf den Alten Leuchtturm und die private Trockensauna in Espe sowie Gestaltungsdetails wie maritime Deko und echte Kunst, Fischgrätfliesen im Bad, einem hochwertigen Bett und einer komfortablen Küchenzeile.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Villa Petersen 09 Penthouse

Die Penthouse Wohnung liegt im 2. Obergeschoss der Villa Petersen. Im Wohnbereich stehen Ihnen ein großer Flachbildschirm sowie eine Bluetooth fähige Stereoanlage zur Verfügung. In der hochwertigen Einbauküche haben Sie alle wichtigen Kochutensilien, Geschirr und diverse Extras. Die Schlafzimmer erreichen Sie über eine Treppe. Dort finden Sie zwei Doppelzimmer, sowie ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Im oberen Badezimmer ist eine Sauna eingebaut, die Platz für 3-4 Personen bietet.

It is very important to us that you have a nice time with us and experience great island moments.

Our house with five different sized 3-star apartments is located in the center of the village, 300 m from the train station, 300 m to the beach, 150 m to shopping, bakery 3 houses away, rose garden opposite. The apartments are well thought out and equipped so that you can feel at home on your vacation without everyday life. This 42 sqm, well-equipped apartment "Inselrose" has 2 balconies, from which you have a good overview of the events in the village.

Lenis Cauete

The small fine studio apartment is about 30 sqm and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person directly above the sofa bed, and the small pantry kitchen serves to prepare Frisian delicacies. A hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden and open terrace.

Our apartment, completed in June 2017, is bright and friendly in Nordic style. On the first floor there is an open living and dining area with a fitted kitchen, access to the balcony and stairs to the second bedroom, as well as the shower room, a bedroom with a double bed and the utility room with a washing machine and dryer. In the attic there is a bedroom with two single beds. The apartment has Wi-Fi, a handcart and sand toys.
