We really enjoyed our week in this spacious, comfortable, clean and conveniently located apartment. We loved the ocean view, direct access to the beach and walking paths and close proximity to shops and restaurants. Check in and checkout were easy and the hosts were very responsive. This is an absolute cracker of a find, the unit is 5 star and host Christine has catered for everything with a lovely welcome basket of goodies and all the basics provided for your stay. The linens are beautiful quality. The view from the patio is picture perfect and we enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the lake and out to the ocean and evening drinks watching the ships sail past. The complex has a great outdoor pool and lounge area which we enjoyed each afternoon. Christine also provides heaps of recommendations on where to eat and we weren’t disappointed. Our stay coincided with the cyclone hitting SE Queensland so we had to leave a day early to head home and secure our house and Christine immediately offered to refund us that day, which is amazing and extremely kind. We will definitely be back for another stay.

We had a great time and the location is just right. Being able to walk a short way to the beachfront boardwalk was a plus. The hosts were responsive when we had questions.

Kaye and Marc’s place Is truly an amazing spot. The building is easy to access, immediately across from the beach, and is surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. Kaye and Marc were great to deal with - very friendly and responsive. We loved our time here and would highly recommend.

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

If you are looking for the best equipped accommodation in Noosaville, you have found it here. Everything has been thought of and the extra little inclusions were PERFECT. The proximity to the Marina, shops and public transport was unbeatable. Susa was a friendly and communicative host and offered great insights to the area. The accommodation itself was spotless and so well thought out. I’d love to come again!

Most enjoyable stay at Andrew and Danne’s beach house over Easter. Travelled with 3 adult children and their spouses so 8 adults in total and a 4 month old baby and a happy chihuahua. Plenty of space to stretch out over the property, never felt cramped, lots to do including fishing on the pontoon (caught 2 bream and a crab!), swimming in the pool and spa, reading by the pool while others played board games or watching a movie. The beach was a comfortable 15 minute stroll away and the shops a short drive. The house was very comfortable and clean. We created many memories together in the beach house, we would recommend staying in this home. Thank you Andrew and Danne for a hassle free trip and opening your home to us to enjoy. Thank you .

This house was perfect in every way - very clean, spacious, plenty of bathrooms for all guests, furniture was luxurious yet beach friendly.

We loved our all too short time in this quiet and beautiful space. We were comfortable and relaxed. Everything we needed was provided, and when something went wrong, Letitia and Michael were super quick to respond and get it sorted. Who could ask for more?

We loved staying at this adorable beach house. We stayed with our two girls and our dog and we all had a ball. Soo close to the beach and cafes. Ample parking and lovely homely house.

Myself and my family very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is literally a few minutes walk from the beach behind the house. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor fireplace, Bikes , pool and connected spa and the ping pong table. To Wake early to see the sun rise on the beach and a moments walk away was wonderful. We also enjoyed a lovely Greek meal at a local restaurant called the Vrina Mezze bar. A lovely short break.

Great location in Kings Beach, short 3 min stroll to main beach and cafes. Unit is very well appointed with modern appliances which would make a longer stay very convenient, particularly the large fridge freezer. Bedrooms are nice with ceiling fans for cooling. Host is very responsive and and accommodating when possible eg early late check in. Parking on site is a little tight but we were able to park close by in public parks. Parking might be an issue if you are coming and going many times a day in peak periods. There are a few flights of stairs to negotiate up to the living area and then again for the bedrooms. Overall we felt is was excellent value and location for such short notice at this time of the year. Thank-you Maryloo.

It was our first vacation in Australia and we could not be happier with our choice! The apartment has everything we need, it is peaceful and cozy ( missing the sofa 😂 when you test you will understand what I am saying! ) the location is fantastic. Dorelle was always helpful and gave us lots of information to make our time there easy and enjoyable. We hope to be back to Dorelle’s beach house soon! ☀️ 🌸

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot, the apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious, the balcony had the most beautiful view and the bbq was a bonus! Very clean and tidy on arrival and grateful for the fans and aircon. Awesome location too, so close to the beach.

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

Trisha was a lovely, accommodating and informative host. Nespresso coffee machine was replaced within minutes of advising her that the one in the unit wasn’t working. 511 is a ground floor unit with a balcony set in a quiet part of the beautifully maintained tropical resort overlooking the river. The unit is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, has a super comfy bed with quality linen, soft towels and great hot water pressure in the shower. There’s a great Vietnamese restaurant on site and is close walking distance to wharf bars and restaurants, local RSL and shopping centre. Highly recommend a getaway stay at Trisha’s.
