Leith Hill Tiny House | Warburton Mountain Views

Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Nestled off the street with mountain views and sounds of the teeming Yarra to welcome you. The famous Warburton Trail is a stones throw away providing easy access to the local pub (5 min walk), the town centre (8 min walk) and Water World (12 min bike). We are family friendly and can provide a portacot, bassinet and change table to make your stay easy!

Mr Oak was designed to enjoy a quiet, relaxed, picturesque experience. The house is furnished in a blend of industrial and vintage finds however is simple and uncluttered. It is a honest and rustic space but that's why we love it and hope you will too. It is located only a short walk down the hill to the river, shops and restaurants. If you love simple stylish living you’ll love this gorgeous space. A beautiful view, a gorgeous little shack to make your weekend a treat.

A private self-contained standalone cottages situated on 7 acres surrounded by nature with a view to inspire. The Cottage has the following facilities: Queen size bed, Kitchen, Fridge, TV, Stereo, Deck with BBQ so you can sit back and take in the ambiance. Only minutes from the many cafes of the town. Walk to the golf course and along the aqueduct. A fireplace in the lounge, dining kitchen area and two bedrooms, one with a luxury freestanding bath. This holiday home is well suited for one couple or two couples (to share the cost).
