Historic Warren is close by with one of our favorite restaurants and bars (Tracks) and of course Sugarbush base is walking distance (or ski “Out to Lunch” down)

This custom-crafted, 1,900 SF, three bedroom condo in the heart of ski, bike, food and beer country accommodates up to 8 people with two master bedrooms, and a room with double bunk beds to sleep 4 kiddos. Adjacent to Zen Barn, and the Country Club of Vermont, 13 mins to Stowe, and about a mile to downtown Waterbury. Bike or run to downtown Waterbury via the Waterbury Community Path! Enjoy amenities such as the brand new balcony, relaxing gas fireplace, seasonal outdoor pool, washer/dryer, assigned locker for ski and snowboard storage, and a large smart TV. The host owns a second condo in the same complex and would be happy to accommodate large groups!
