Clean, quiet, comfortable, exactly as described. Has everything you need, easy check in, excellent host. It’s not in ‘town’ but close to everything and very easy to get everywhere.

Matt and Vladka were amazing hosts! I stayed at their place for 5 weeks for a uni placement. I was new to the area & very well looked after by them. Matt even helped me bring my luggage and heavy items up into the place. The unit is gorgeous in person, dare I say the photos don’t quite do it justice. It’s a super cute place in a great spot & the couple have fitted the place out very well. The nook in the wall was perfect for my guests! Matt and Vladka, had no issue with my family coming up to stay with me on weekends. They were prompt with message responses when I needed toilet paper ect. They provided me with great local recommendations & made me feel right at home & even put me onto the local triathlon club! I asked them if they may be able to place a desk in the space for me so I could study & they did without hesitation! I truly would not stay elsewhere in Warrnambool ! If you’re looking for a great affordable stay, I would highly recommend!

This spacious property was well appointed, with great attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked or missed. The standard of cleanliness throughout was excellent. Off street parking with easy access to the entrance was a plus. The secure, quiet location allowed a relaxing stay with restful sleep. The hosts were great communicators; only too happy to answer questions and provide help. I highly recommend this fabulous property.

Highly recommend Hannah’s place! She was a lovely and friendly host. The place is so comfy and is a great find! The hosts are so kind and provide extra little goods to make sure you have all that you may need.

Thank you, Casey for the opportunity to stay at your place. Neat, clean, comfy and cosy for a winter getaway. From the fresh fruit and other basics in the kitchen to the board games and table tennis table to provide additional fun when the outside weather was less than desirable, we felt at home from the getgo. Easy access to the beach, boardwalk and Lake Petrobe for walks, and also easy to stoll into the town for dinner or shopping . Clear instructions and quick responses from the host made the stay a breeze.

This property was a beautiful stay. The location was fantastic being situated close to plenty of shops/cafes. The host was friendly, responsive and very easy to deal with. The home was finished lovely looking as in the pictures. Would recommend for a group stay 👌🏼

Excellent location and perfect for an overnight stay where there was not much time spent at the actual accommodation. It was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and I would stay again when in Warrnambool.

easy communication, great place, close to the main street of town.

We had a fantastic stay. Edwina was a fabulous host, always quick to communicate. Her place provided lots of extras to help us feel at home. As well as all the essentials, she has beautiful books and magazine in the unit and provided chocolates & roasted coffee beans on our arrival. We highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic family stay. Walking distance to the beach and town. Ammenities were superb, everything provided plus little extras to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

Helene's accommodation was perfect for us. It was spotless, the King size bed was a bonus and linen was lovely. Bathroom was large and super clean. Spa doesn't work but that wasn't a big deal for us, it may just be out of action at the moment but that is in the description from memory. We loved that it was quiet, parking off the road and had all we needed for our visit to see family. We hope to stay again. 🙂 thank you for providing a nice place to stay.

It was a clean, private, and fantastic place to spend our trip. Donna was extremely responsible and easy to communicate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a quiet but fantastic day and night.

This place was convenient with last minute reservation, me and my wife and two boys was here for three day. Very convenient with everything being so close, host was very friendly and friendly, understanding. Would totally recommend this place

Perfect location right in town, walkable to all the shops and restaurants, would happily stay again.

To be honest everything was excellent! I accidentally booked the wrong day and they just helped me to swapped, quick and fast! And also they have a book with most of the restaurants menu and a paper bag of discounts vouchers! I love how sweet they are!! I really do recommend this place!! 10/10!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to nearby attractions and city center , and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. We appreciate her great gesture of welcoming with great shopping vouchers and chocolates. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we’d love to stay again in the future! We love the location of the accommodations. There are many amenities and restaurants just a stone's throw away. It was a cosy and lovely place to stay in.
