“We loved staying at Robyn and Graham’s cottage. Robyn was truly a wonderful host and had the place spotlessly clean with provisions to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. It was super cosy and warm with plenty of natural light. The location was close to the city centre yet far enough away for peace and tranquility in a quiet cul-de-sac. I slept like a baby. We would definitely like to return to this home away from home. Thank you Robyn and Graham.”
Baramula is a family run cattle property near Warwick with views to the ranges and open grazing. With plenty of space to relax and enjoy the serenity of the Queensland bush.
“Really wonderful getaway. The cottage is cosy, charming and comfortable and had everything our family of 4 needed. Campfire was prepared and ready to light with plenty of firewood. Beds and bedding were good quality and really comfortable. Having noted no TV reception we took DVDs but didn’t turn the TV on once - we were too busy going on walks, sitting by the campfire and playing board games. At night it was really quiet, and the stars were spectacular. And in the morning all we heard were the amazing variety of birds. Will definitely stay again.”
Merrilees is a beautiful Queenslander home complete with high pressed tin ceilings, lovingly restored with old-world charm. Situated on half an acre in the town's centre with a short walk to restaurants, cafes and the Condamine river, you will experience the best of 1880's colonial architecture, enclosed by a tree-filled garden. Merrilees explodes into leaf in spring and summer and then changes to autumn tones before losing leaves for the winter. I welcome guests from all around the world.
“Susie's place was in the perfect location for my partner and I to enjoy a walk through warrick and to drive to stanthorpe. The room was beautiful and the size meant that we were also able to enjoy our meals in there comfortably. We loved the design and comfort of both rooms and enjoyed the morning sin from the large windows. Susie was also kind enough to show us around the rest of the house upon arrival because we were so interested by it. She was also helped is with the fire place on multiple occasions.”
