We spent a night in birmingam visiting symphony hall. The apartment was the perfect location, right in the centre next to the canal, lots of lovely restaurants and bars very close. The apartment was clean and very well equipped and quiet and on the ground floor with the added benefit of free parking. We would definitely stay again when in Birmingham

Flat was really good, great instructions. Slight downside as front door didn’t work to building so bit tricky to get in with cases etc.

Great location on one of the canals, just walking distance from the New Market station and the center. Very comfortable and clean, with a well equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine with capsules and a TV in each room (!). It could get noisy at night, especially after an event at the arena but the windows are well insulated. If using the induction hob, make sure you have chosen an induction pan from the heap of pans available. The outside door intercom system broke down several times so take good note of the instruction for the alternative building entry which will be provided to you.

We booked our stay because we were attending a wedding in the village. The house was clean tidy and well equipped. It's in a lovely village with a friendly pub a minutes walk away.

We spent the weekend at Claire’s place to catch up with friends at a nearby gathering. The apartment is lovely—very clean and well-equipped, with a perfect location for exploring Birmingham and everything it has to offer. There is plenty of parking available nearby, and New Street Station is about a 15-minute walk away. Accessing the apartment was straightforward, and a helpful video provided guidance for entry. Communication was excellent; we even received a call on the first day to check that everything was okay.

I only had a flying visit, but it was a great Airbnb, with very helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

Great stay. Apartment is as per description. I used it for work purposes and had great facilities for that. Clean and organised but there are also great little touches such as adaptors for charging cables, bathroom amenities. Definitely worth the money and will be my choice again when I come back to Birmingham for work.

Really enjoyed the venue. Great to relax with family and get away from it all. Great spot on the river.

Great location, 5 mins walk from town centre. Lovely walks in all directions right from the front door. Even longish walks to Pershore (via every pub on the way) or Honeybourne are easy to do without a car because you can get a train or taxi back to Evesham if you can't walk back! Parking was good, even for my big 4x4. Very quiet and private location, behind electric gates. The house is nice and the kitchen has every gadget, except a dishwasher, although I didn't cook much so I can't comment on the practicalities for those who want to self-cater. Two double bedrooms with views of the river, and a third small bedroom which is empty and which I used for storing travel bags and walking gear in, keeping the other rooms clear. Lots of pubs and restaurants in 5 minutes walk, Casa was particularly good, and a Waitrose supermarket for everything else. All in all, a great base to explore Evesham and the surrounding areas.

An absolutely stunning house and location. Exactly as in the description if not better. We stayed for a week so with the discount it was well worth the money. A special family week on the river. Plenty of space and great amenities.

Location second to non, close to the train station, motorway links and in walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and amenities, with great links to Birmingham. Totally secure parking with gated access. We couldn’t ask for anything more !

Victors place was an amazing stay, great service, beautiful clean apartment in a great location with all the amenities you need. The Host was quick to respond and very helpful. highly recommend and look forward to booking this place again in the future.

I had a really lovely stay at Beatrice’s apartment over a weekend seeing family. Beatrice was responsive and friendly and very helpful and the apartment itself was really nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and an excellent location. I really liked the little touches of decor and would happily stay here again! The only slight improvement I would make is what’s provided in the kitchen; there wasn’t a lot when it came to making food so would benefit from some kitchen utensils, a chopping board, tea towels and oven gloves to start. Apart from that it was a perfect stay!

A real gem. Friendly and helpful hosts. Comfortable and very well equipped apartment. The kitchen and living areas both open out onto the lovely garden, which extends back to the lake shore. A peaceful oasis. But a very short walk to access Sutton Park, or the town centre.

All was as advertised. The host is a friendly proffesional, the place is safe, clean and with a view on local river. What more to want.
