Comfortable home in a great location! Being about to walk to restaurants, the downtown square and Dickson make this location very convenient. For those who like to be on foot while on vacation this is an ideal spot. The furnishings are comfortable. Parking was easy and secure. Property Mgmt co was responsive and attentive.

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

This is a lovely large half of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood close to the university. It worked out especially well for us -- four adults and two children -- because we have family who live around the corner. The grandparents stayed upstairs in a spacious suite and the parents and kids had two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. It is very well-equipped and very comfortable. We had to put a lot of breakable beautiful things away in closets because we arrived with toddlers, but except for that, it was perfect with kids. There were even toys for them, which our grandkids really enjoyed and their mom appreciated. Bathtub also a plus with kids. The host is very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We hope to stay there again if we have another family gathering. We love Fayetteville -- both easy to get around and fun. The downtown square was magically lit for the holidays!

The stay here was great- we visited U of A with my two teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone with VERY comfortable beds! Super close to all the best spots in Fayetteville.

It felt like home. We had a large group and there were plenty of places to visit, play games, play darts and corn hole. The guys thought the TV was amazing! It was perfect: clean, up-to-date, great location. The hosts have thought of everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay while attending a university event. Very quick drive to campus. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Check in/out instructions were very clear. House is extremely clean. We loved the cozy feeling of the living room. Great place to stay in Fayetteville.

Jay's place was exactly what we needed. It was spacious, clean, and convenient to everything we needed. Jay provided points of interest and answered questions promptly. I would stay here again if back in the area.

The place was very clean with plenty of amenities. A couple of minor and very forgivable flaws. Plenty of space. Only discomfort was that guests beyond what the rooms can handle still needed to shower in one of the rooms, reducing privacy. Not a deal-breaker though considering 2 1/2 baths is quite convenient.

Highly recommend Courtney as a host and her home to stay! My husband and I and our two married kids stayed for Thanksgiving week. Place is so cute. Tons of room for all. Courtney was easy to communicate with and added special touches to make our stay even more enjoyable!!

Glenn & Ginny's place in Fayetteville was just what our small group sought, and we would most definitely stay again! The unit matched precisely with the description and photos, with no surprises. Everything was clean, new, and in perfect working order. It had a nice layout, with three bedrooms upstairs, one with an en suite. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook meals. Plenty of restaurant options were a short car ride away. The full access to the garage was a big plus. For those who may be light sleepers, the freeway nearby made traffic noise noticeable at times. That said, the heating/cooling in the unit worked great—there was no need to have the windows open if you didn't want them.

Close to the University of Arkansas, as that was why we were in town. Close to dining and amenities. Eric responded quickly if needed.

Jennifer was very kind and helpful. The place was so cute and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

This air bnb offered a lot of things most don’t. There was a closet full of anything you’d need. I needed a lint roller so bad, opened the closet, boom! Lint roller! There was lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and numerous other things!! Located right by Wrights BBQ! And pretty close to everything. About a 10 minute drive to the square and the campus! Only downfall (which wasn’t a big deal to me, but there were no tvs in the bedrooms and the living room tv was small.

Fantastic stay. The house stayed cool in a heat wave. We had everything we needed and more. I appreciated the extra towels and welcome snacks. Coffee was available, and we had a cozy space to hang out and chill. Great to have a garage that we could use!!

The place was nice and well stocked. The check in was a little later than most and check out is earlier than most. The only other issue is the living room isn’t very comfortable for a group to sit or watch TV. But the upstairs bedrooms had TVs and were comfortable.

This is my go-to place to stay in Northwest Arkansas now. There are no negatives to report. I guess the only pertinent information you might need is there are lots of stairs so if you are traveling with someone with mobility issues it’s something to consider. But I love this place.

Great place in a good location for everything. Cassidy was very helpful and always responsive. The unit has everything you need. We will be back for sure.

We had an amazing stay! The townhome was cozy, well-located—just 8 minutes from campus—and made our trip less stressful as we brought our last student in for orientation. The host was incredibly responsive and even allowed an early check-in, which we really appreciated. There were a few minor issues that could use attention; aside from that, the overall experience was very positive. Thanks for hosting us!

Gorgeous place, perfect for our needs!

Vincent’s communication was done in a timely manner. Was able to book this home last minute and everything went so smooth. The house was literally what you see in the photos. The cleanliness, the furniture, the amenities, etc., were all nothing short of amazing. Definitely will be booking with him again. 10 out of 10 highly recommend
