Our home is located on 5 acres within 20-30 minutes of the ADK, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, The Great Sacandaga Lake and Lake George which offers Restaurants, shopping, golfing, boating, hiking, breweries, concerts, horse racing and much more. We are close to several ski areas such as West Mountain, Gore Mountain, and several mountains in Vermont. Bring your boat or jet ski and dock at our private dock on the Hudson River across the street. Our road is also a favorite amongst local cyclists.

With two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, and a private backyard with a pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), this house provides plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy the firepit or fire up the gas grill for a barbecue with friends and family.

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Humming Bird Cottage is a fully restored 18th Century Mill Worker's Cottage set on 100 acres. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to six adults and/or children. The decor reflects the rustic heritage of the building with exposed original beams, tongue and groove boarding and rustic furnishings. A large outside, covered deck provides the perfect way to sit and relax in the evening sunshine and take the peaceful atmosphere to the sound of the water falling over the mill pond dam.

The lovely spacious home is located on 22 scenic acres in a quiet rural community. Hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, skiing, antiquing, or outlet shopping, are in the vicinity. Make beautiful Hebron, NY your home base for many adventures. You can check out a double feature at the drive-in, stop at a farmer's market or dairy bar. Excursions can be arranged for hunting, fly fishing, snowmobiling, or horseback riding. Your day tripping adventures can span from Saratoga to Manchester.
