This house built in 1906 has classic old world charm with wood floors, tall ceilings, and original mill work. A short walk to restaurants, boutiques, trollies, and the riverfront. Enjoy the wineries, brew houses, and all WashMO has to offer. Home has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. There are 2 king beds and a queen along with a queen pullout sofa. Clementine Cottage is a completely remodeled 125-year-old home in Historic Washington, MO just blocks from the Downtown District and an easy walk to parks, lake, river front and Fair Grounds. Hope you are a coffee lover! We own three Drive-Thru Coffee stands (Exit11) in the area and would love for you to visit while you are out and about or if you need to get work done, come visit our Coworking Center. Just a 20 min drive to Missouri wine country in Augusta and about 45 minutes to St. Louis.
