Seaside cottage stunning village

Located in a beautiful fishing village, just a few minute walk to a stunning coastline and beaches, the village has great restaurants, cafe, Blues micro pub and a friendly pub ‘the jolly sailor’. 5 minute walk to Latimers fish restaurant, then further along the road is seaburn with plenty bars and restaurants, a stunning beach. There is buses from the village to Sunderland and South Shields. Why not walk along the stunning coastal path to South Shields or over cleadon hills with stunning views.

Holly House is a Victorian terraced house, situated just off Durham Road in Birtley and is close to all local amenities. If you're looking for a rural idyll, then we're definitely not for you. The property has 3 bedrooms and a desk space with free & fast broadband, so is great for business travellers and for those spending time visiting family and friends in the area. Located just 7 miles from Newcastle and 7 miles from Durham we are very central with good road and public transport links.

Stunning & spacious studio apartment, Features Air Con and a full, modern kitchen & bathroom, and 100 inch TV. Just 2 mins from the A19 motorway, so an ideal location for anyone visiting the North East for work or pleasure! This is a quiet residential location, therefore not suitable for stag/hens or similar types of bookings. Access is via a set of stairs so not suitable for anyone who requires level access. The Old Barn @ Lamesley

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the picturesque village of Lamesley Pastures, situated on the outskirts of the city of Newcastle. South Studio Hot Tub Hideaway

A luxurious studio complete with it's own private and sheltered hot tub, set in the lovely countryside village of Lamesley, with a (distant!) view of Gateshead's famous Angel of the North. Located just half a mile away from the A1, it is within easy reach of vibrant Newcastle, beautiful Durham and the Metro Centre. There are some lovely local walks and pubs to visit, but if you wanted to venture further, the coast and gorgeous Northumberland are also within easy reach. Adult only.

Historic City Centre Mews House Summerhill Square

An historic Georgian building that’s previously been cloisters, school playground & motor house for the nuns of St Anne’s Convent, now reborn as a bespoke luxury mews house in the heart of the city in Summerhill Square. The house is on 1 level & is around 800 sq ft comprising of an open plan living room/ kitchen and dining area; a laundry room; a large bedroom with super king size bed; a shower room and a private courtyard with table and chairs.

This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
