Tunbridge Home with a View

TrishRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a wonderful weekend stay at David and Beth's home. We had a friendly greeting upon arrival (as well as delicious homemade cookies and maple candies!) David and Beth's home is attached to the apartment but it was quiet and they were unobtrusive. The Tunbridge area is beautiful - quintessential VT! The property is tucked away a bit (SO Vermont!) but our all wheel drive car handled a little bit of late February mud and rolling hills without a problem. We prefer to eat in and brought some food to prepare in the well-equipped kitchen (however we did go to a great burger bar for lunch in Royalton about 20 mins away). The apartment was warm, cozy and comfortable - a perfect meeting place for us and our two adult children - just what we were looking for! Thank you David and Beth - we may see you again next year!

Our stay at Base Camp was quiet and peaceful. The lodge was exactly as we expected. There weren’t many guests there when we stayed but can imagine that it can foster a unique community experience.

Verbena Vista

There are so many things I want to say about Fearns place so I’ll do my best to keep it sweet and short! Amazing, first off. The instructions Fearn gave to arrive to the house were direct and clear so make sure to follow them. Being able to wake up to the view of the mountains was so lovely. I enjoyed the privacy and serenity of the house itself, while also appreciating how close it was to Montpelier (15-20) and Burlington (a little over 45 min). I drove up in an old Honda civic on a rainy day at night (!) and had no issues accessing the house. I’d recommend using the maps in the house to navigate the local area since the cell reception isn’t very consistent. Bring a good book or a craft to unplug and appreciate the surroundings!

Luxe 14-Acre Vermont Countryside Lodge!

JackieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had an incredible stay at the Nagdeo Sanctuary! The home is spotless, spacious, and beautifully set in the mountains, perfect for a peaceful, private getaway. It’s thoughtfully designed with upgraded amenities, making it feel comfortable and luxurious. The hosts were fantastic, super responsive, and full of helpful tips and local recommendations. We loved unplugging and spending quality time together, and we’re already planning a longer return trip. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing escape with easy access to small towns and great food!

The Mill House

CatherineRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed at the Mill House on a grand highlights tour of New England, and Emily and Trevor’s place was by far our favorite accommodations. Our days were busy, and it was perfect to come back and relax by the creek. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We would return again and again if we didn’t live so far away.

The Beehive at Bergamot + Amor

So lovely, I wish I could have stayed longer! A warm, cozy, elegant space, that was clean and inviting. Amanda was sweet and thoughtful, and serves a WONDERFUL maple latte downstairs in their gallery. The location was perfect as I had easy access to the interstate to go skiing the next day. I highly recommend staying here!

The Peaceable Kingdom

Amy’s place is quiet, clean and comfortable! We stayed a week and it was wonderful to be away from city noise! We really enjoyed sitting on the deck, looking out over the Vermont Hills. I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the fresh eggs!
