Holiday rentals with lake access in Washoe County

Such a beautiful home, clean, spacious, and very peaceful. This home was perfect for my family and I, we enjoyed the patio in the outdoors, the rooms were lovely and loved that the living room was very spacious. Also loved that there were a lot of restaurants and places to go have a swim nearby. This home was exactly how he described in the listing would love to come back and stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Peggy's Airbnb! The location is unbeatable – just a quick 5-minute drive to Diamond Peak ski resort, making our ski trip incredibly easy, especially with our group of 7. This was a huge plus for us! The property was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Traveling as two families, we found the home mostly well-equipped for our needs. The amenities were generally sufficient for a pleasant stay. Regarding value, the price was higher compared to some other properties we've rented in this complex before, which were sometimes more spacious. Overall, we had a wonderful and hassle-free stay. The proximity to Diamond Peak, the cleanliness, and the general comfort made for a great vacation. We would definitely recommend this property, especially to families or groups looking for a conveniently located and clean base for their Diamond Peak adventures. Thank you Peggy for a great stay!

Great space and very clean. We spent a lot of time on the patio and down by the river in the evenings. Even though it is a shared space, we never saw anyone else in the back yard. We would definitely return.

The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect: peaceful, safe, and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, and the location was INCREDIBLE and just as described. We loved walking the 3 minute walk to get delicious coffee and walk around the marina and then head back to watch the kids kayak. From the comfy beds to the fully equipped kitchen and charming outdoor space, every detail was well thought out. We would absolutely stay here again (our son wants to book 2 years advance for his graduation) and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable place to stay. We had an amazing stay! The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well stocked, perfect for our large family group! We had enough room for everyone, plenty of space for shared meals, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The host was super friendly and responded quickly to the questions we had. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying in Incline Village where we could walk to anything (good location!) Brian's place was spacious, well equipped and clean - we loved the deck and the sound of the creek! Check in was easy and host was fast with communication. Would love to return again to this home, and to Lake Tahoe!

I loved everything about our stay here by the marina. Gorgeous water view and snow capped mountains in the distance, and lots to do nearby. Great central location for all Reno/Sparks destinations. We had breakfast a few mornings at lighthouse cafe downstairs and walked around the water. The rental was exactly as advertised with lots of little thoughtful amenities in the room/bathroom such as toiletries, q-tips, flossers, sunscreen, aloe, ice packs in the freezer, condiments in the fridge, etc. Chris was responsive and helpful with our request for an early check-in. I would absolutely stay here again soon!

Laneys home was everything you could want for a beautiful stay in Reno! Her space is wonderfully designed, equipped with everything you might need to make a nice family meal the kitchen. We also enjoyed walking along the lake path to the nearby Indian restaurant. Thanks Laney for a fun and delightful experience in Reno!

Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful walk around the area and plenty of stores in walking distance. The actual room was comical to find with going in and out of doors, but the directions were very clear! Location was absolutely perfect for us!

This was a great stay! A vacation timeshare, so it had a hotel-like high quality and was extremely comfortable and spacious.

Everything is good, nice location

We LOVE this area! We usually stay in the houses along the waterfront when we have large groups, but this was perfect for a quick trip with just my husband & I. This area is our favorite. The coffee shop & water bar are the perfect spots for evening drinks & apps or pastries & lattes in the morning after a sunrise walk around the lake. You can spend the day shopping at the huge shopping center that's just a short walk down the road. Everything you can think is right there. And it just a quick 10 min drive if you wanted to go down to the row and try your luck at the casinos. My only complaint would be that the apartment complex was so big & complex, there was no maps that it was kinda hard to find our unit. Especially since we arrived late and there was no one at the front desk who could help. Other than that, it was a great stay & we'll definitely be back.
